The concept of a security guard is hundreds of years old. Yet, fundamentally the job is still the same. Despite the sugar coating and changes in title, it is still a mundane and low value job. A big part of the problem is the outdated mindset. Many countries struggles with a shortage of good security personnel because the job is simply not enticing. Ademco's concept is to adopt technologies aggressively to improve security jobs. Creating higher value jobs will improve lives, raise security standards and overall productivity.
