Killer No Equipment Leg Workout To Do
I made leg day fun again. You don't need equipment for a good workout. Get creative with what you got. I used my workout ladder from high school but you can make one with anything. It's just a bonus, not necessary. We get caught up in trying to make the workouts perfect. When all we need to do is get moving.
All parts of the leg muscles are trained here. Your quads, hamstrings & glutes will be sore after this intense workout. Don't forget to have a dynamic warm up before the workout. Also, remember to stretch afterwards to help muscle recovery.
