Tostones, Fried Plantains

This is the way I make tostones I have learned over the years and my husband loves it, so this is my recipe.
Ingredients:
Plantains, green ones
Oil for frying
Plantain smasher, or tortilla maker
Goya seasoning achiote con culantro
Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder
Water
