Hybrid Athlete Full Day of Eating 4000 calories
A full day of eating when I just have bike volume programmed in. I explain how I fuel on the bike and what I do off the bike in terms of nutrition to help me optimize my recovery. I hit just over 4000 calories in 4 meals, plus what I eat whilst riding. Went Chef-Mode and created a new dish for man!
Breakfast;
150g Oats
35g Nut Butter
120g Banana
20g Honey
250ml Soy Milk
2g Seasame seeds
On the Bike;
30g Thai Banana chips
150g Mango
325ml Coke
46g Honey (Honey Water Mix)
Post Workout Shake;
260g Frozen Banana
40g Whey Protein
15g Nut Butter
My Creation;
200g Rice Noodles
200g Chinese Kale
150g Cherry Tomatoes
150g Chicken
50g Green Curry Paste
Sludge Bowl;
60g Whey Protein
30g Nut Butter
10g Oats
50g Banana
