Fall asleep faster.
Calming and relaxing sounds for you to fall asleep.
Some suggestions:
-Taka a shower (cold) an hour before bed time.
-Stop watching any screen (TV, computer, phone etc) an hour before bed time.
-Don't have your phone, iPad in your bed room. Have a bluetooth speaker in your bed room to listen to this sound (if you have one) and your phone, iPad ,computer in other room.
-If you are in one room apartment, just put your devices far from your reach.
-Lay down in your bed and just relax.
-Let go all the thoughts from your mind.
-Just focus in your breathing. In, out, in, out, in, out,.........
-Believe that you will fall asleep soon. Believing in yourself is the key element.
-And soon you will fall asleep.
-In the morning, always make your bed.
- Keep your bed room always clean and don't have too many stuffs in your bed room.
-Bed room doesn't have to be big. Just have less stuffs there.
