A 30 minutes fire sound to help you relax, letting go the stress of the day and fall asleep like a baby;

📌 MUST FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS 👇

✅ Find a comfortable position where you can relax your body; it's better if you lying on your bed;

✅ Put headphones on for a deeper and enjoyable experience

✅ Turn out all the lights, creating a fully dark environment which help you transictioning to sleep mode (the dark signals to your brain that it's time to fall asleep, boosting also melatonin production);

✅ Close your eyes and focus your attention to the fire sound as if it was the only thing present in the moment;

✅ When you feel you are going to fall asleep, TURN THE PHONE OFF and leave it on the night table or whatnot;

❌ DON'T turn the light on and don't move too much from that point; just let the sleep envelope you;
