170 Kgs Squat Heavy Single. Very drained!
Felt super tired this session. I think the hectic life/schedule and fatigue has just caught up to me. This moved okay, but felt harder/slower than I would have liked. Plus, I kind of rushed it a little, to get in time with the song, hahaha. My paused squatting after this went okay, but I could tell I was feeling very beat down. When I got to my defecit deadlifts, I was completely shot. 132.5 Kgs felt like the weight of the world, and I had no speed and explosiveness left. So I just cut my losses, did the rest of my sets with 100 Kgs, and then slogged through my hanging leg raises for ab work. Hopefully I'll bounce back from this fatigue soon.
