My form felt a bit off today, but not horribly so. My energy levels weren't super high going in to this set; however after this I actually felt great, and a lot more energetic, so perhaps that is a good sign that I am starting to turn myself around! The weihjt moved half decently, and certainly a heck of a lot better than my first rep when I did this for five earlier, haha.
