Despite having another night of mediocre sleep, by the time I got around to training, I felt ready to go. My practice work with my back-downs and variations has really been helping me, and I felt totally confident that the weight was going to move better, this time. Sure enough, it was cake. I don't think it is technically quite the fastest it has ever moved, but close! And it felt damned good. This is by far the best this weight has moved since taking time off, in light of fatigue/playing it safe, and starting my new program. It looks like the new program is really paying off!
