After two years of using intense trial and error to determine what I should eat to achieve complete remission from Ulcerative Colitis, I finally cracked the code for myself. This series is meant to simplify all of the most effective things that I tried into one consolidated protocol. Since this first episode, I've continued to learn more about nutrition and how it impacts a broader range of people with IBD, and as such I have made many changes to my overall protocol, though the core principles are still the same. Episode 10 of my Boot Camp series is the most up to date episode which reflects my current understanding of the best ways to generally approach nutritional changes in regards to IBD. Episodes 1-9 give many great example recipes that can be used through the lens of the information provided in episode 10.
