My story of ulcerative colitis

In this and following videos I am sharing my story of ten years with ulcerative colitis and how I successfully knocked it out of the way. This is my personal experience and opinion. I truly hope that this and subsequent videos can help other people fight this disease. You can heal yourself. The first tool you need to get started is responsibility about your health and your life in general. You and your close family are the only ones who care about your health.
