Flood-hit Thailand suffers from power cuts and blocked roads

Thailand is seeing significant flooding after heavy seasonal rains hit the country. The Kalasin and Ubon Ratchathani provinces are reported to have been hit the hardest, while the tourism-dependent province of Phuket is suffering from landslides and power cuts.
