I tried intermittent fasting for 40 days. I was not expecting these results!
I tried intermittent fasting for 40 days. It definitely helped me lose fat. I kept a regular calisthenics workout routine throughout the 40 days so that will have helped lose weight too. What's interesting is that I didn't lose any strength from fasting, if anything I have even gained strength and a small bit of muscle during the time frame.
