Never Just Isolate The Muscle
If you’re trying to get lean by just isolating the muscle it’s not going to work out (no pun intended) that well as you may build some a little bit a muscle in one particular area, however this arguably inhibits your ability to engage multiple muscles simultaneously.
Not just because your sore but I’ve seen people get a false sense of confidence from isolated 1 muscle. It makes you feel as though your doing something but as days turn into weeks you start to notice you’re stagnate in your training regimen.
Don’t allow yourself to have this false sense of momentum. Engage multiple muscle groups simultaneously to get to the goal as fast as possible. That will help you burn more calories, while building muscle in MULTIPLE areas!
