You NEVER wanna do the Incline DB Curl & the Faceaway Cable Curl in the same workout because THEY ARE REDUNDANT⚠️

Let me be clear: both of these movements are GREAT exercises for your biceps! But if you take a look at the arm position, the arms are behind the torso (shoulder extension) & you are training the biceps in the lengthened position during BOTH movements. Now these movements aren’t identical but there’s no reason to do both in the same workout, you’d be better off picking one of them & pairing it with a Preacher Curl or Standard DB Curl to train your biceps in the Mid Position.

This would be like doing Incline DB Bench & an Incline Machine Press in the same chest workout, which doesn’t make any sense either. There’s no point in doing the same movement twice, when you can just train hard and go all out on whichever one you prefer. when you can bias different portions of the same muscle group & instead of exhausting one portion
