Here is the perfect lower body workout if you don't have any equipment or much space. You can do it anywhere, anytime; at your home, in a gym, at a hotel, or on top of a mountain.

If you are more advanced and have access to dumbbells, hold onto a pair and prepare to feel the burn. Using weights will increase the intensity and lead to more muscle gain.
