LEG DAY Warmup and Mobility - Are You Doing These Exercises?

I walk through the importance of warming up and muscle activation before going to the gym. As well as showing you all the exercises I do for prehab/mobility and flexibility to maintain healthy joints and avoid injuries in the gym when training legs. This warmup routine has allowed me to stay injury free for 3 years.
