For some reason, I thought my previous best with this weight was seven reps, but I checked, and realized that it was actually six from about a week and a half or so, ago. So I figured, "why can't I hit one more?" 120 percent confidence going in to this one. The weight flew so fast after that first rep or so, I thought maybe I had misloaded for a sec, hahahaha. Great start to the week! 62.5 Kgs for 10, on the horizon? 65 KGS FOR 10? Let's keep pushing! 🤟🏻
