Pack and Ship Express #DHLexpress Lawsuit update. My Package is still undelivered 129 days now and 27 days till the trail for the lost package against Pack and Ship Express in El Paso Texas and DHL. I sent and email putting all parties on notice because pendinding litigation of this package here in El Paso Texas and the 129 day delay, the "abandonment" status, failure of DHL "to file the goods declaration" as stated by Bureau Of Customs, and the blant lying by the shipper Pack and Ship Express of the true status of our package.
