USPS Informed Delivery "SSDI Ltr to Appear on 4/20/22." Still No Letter 9 Days Later? Philly PTSD

Sabotage by SSDI against Sharon Renee Cole because it's been too long a wait for a time-sensitive piece of mail to show up in my mailbox so that I can proceed properly and in-time for the appeal process. You make the call.
USPS Informed Deliver, which is an email service showing images of mail to arrive in your box said this letter would appear on 4/20/22. Typically, the emails are very accurate. From time-to-time it might take a few extra days for the mail to arrive. 5 business days is allowable wait time, says USPS itself when checking online. It's been, technically, 7 business days. Watch it will show up tomorrow because I'm doing this livestream. Anyway, SSDI has a whole system of allowing one to appeal within 30 days of the date on the letter, or the receipt of the letter assuming you receive the mail within five business days. It's more the principal of the matter that it is rare for the USPS Informed Delivery email to be inaccurate. It should have arrived on the 20th of April and now, 9 days later, still wondering where it is.
Donations happily accepted while I try to manage PTSD, navigate a provocative system and do my best to survive.
