Benjamin then begins to discuss the direction the FBI took as a domestic intelligence gathering agency. Congress may have created the monster its become by passing the USA Patriot Act after the wake of the 9/11 suicide attacks. Since the FBIs inception its been embroiled in controversy and corruption.
