Some great exercises to add to your next workout

1. Dumbbell squat
2. Dumbbell lunge
3. Ballet squat
4. Stiff-Legged deadlift
5. Standing Calf raises (1 leg)
6. Upright Row
7. Standing Calf raises (2 legs)
8. Tricep Kickbacks

👉SETS: 2-3 of each exercise
👉REPS: 12-15 (15-25 for Calf raises)
👉REST: 30 sec. between exercises

❤Beginners light to med. weight to start. Increase weight as needed

🔴Warm up before workout with 1-2 minutes of light jogging in place

🔵Cool down with full body stretch at end.
