UPPER BODY GYM WORKOUT 💪🔥

Superset 1:
Pull up
Barbel bench press

Superset 2:
Lying bench dumbbell row
Single arm dumbbell press

Superset 3:
Dumbbell skull crusher
Dumbbell lateral raise
Barbell bicep curl

X 3 sets of each
8-12 reps. Build weights up to failure.
Minimal rest between exercises
Rest 60s between sets
