Fermented Cabbage - Small Batch of Sauerkraut

We had a little bit of cabbage left over from a recipe we made earlier in the week. I used the leftover cabbage to make a small batch of sauerkraut. When doing this, make sure to use non-iodized salt. I used Kosher salt in this recipe.
