WW2 Abandoned Tanks Huge Target Range Explore Normandy.

This abandoned target range south west of Cherbourg

located in a 617.56 hectares of coastal dunes.
This military terrain was used by the regiment of Cherbourg
since 2012 the location has been cleaned up
from ammunition and the site can now be visited by the public
which explored the dunes for tanks, armored vehicles
and several German bunkers which were part of
the heavy fortified area of La Hague

Vehicles that can be found here are
several M4A1 Sherman tanks, Panhard EBR 90
M2 Halftracks and one M8 Greyhound.
