What I Order at Chick-fil-A:
Grilled nuggts from Chick-fil-A contain soy and some other ingredients that don't sit well with me so I tend to avoid there during lunch.
Their breakfast options though are really easy and something I use when I travel. Since I don't often eat breakfast have ordered this bowl for breakfast and saved it to eat for my lunch.
Chick-fil-A will sell you just a bowl with à la carte eggs, bacon and sausage in it... However, you really need to go inside to be able to get that option. If you're going to use the drive-thru or the app I would order it this way.
The bowl by itself was $3.84...after adding bacon and extra eggs it was $6.60.
