How to make Chick-fil-A

The only thing bad about Chick-fil-A is the fact that they're not open on Sunday and I guess they have some religious judgmental disorder. Well lucky for you, with this recipe you can have something that actually tastes better any day of the week! The secret to this madness is our special brine, dry rub seasoning and breading. This combination derives a powerhouse of intense flavors in your mouth that you won't help but come back for more. I know that sounds like an ad written for a 90's commercial, but it just makes so much sense as I write it.

Equipment:
• Deep Fryer: http://amzn.to/1MRHIG5

Ingredients:
• Chicken Breast Halves
• Hamburger Bun
• Dill Pickel Chips

Brine:
• 5 Cups Hot Water
• 1 Cup Pickel Juice
• 1/2 Cup Salt
• 1/3 Cup Sugar

Dry Rub:
• 2 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1 tsp accent flavor (MSG)

Wet Mixture:
• 1 cup milk
• 2 large eggs

Dry Mixture:
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 Tbsp powdered non-fat milk
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 tsp sugar
• 2 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1 tsp accent flavor (MSG)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Directions:

1.) Grab some plump chicken breasts, they don't need to be organic or special in any way, although if you're one of those paranoid health nuts then I wouldn't be making a fried chicken sandwich.

2.) Cut said chicken in half so the thickness is roughly 1/4". If you get big chicken you could probably cut them in half the other way have 4 smaller chicken pieces.

3.) Soak this in the brine, which is salt, sugar, pickle juice and warm water until the sugar and salt dissolves. We used pickles straight from the jar so if a few fall in, let them stay.

4.) Refrigerate covered for 2 to 3 hours. Any longer and it doesn't add additional flavor and if it's too long it could ruin everything.

5.) Mix your dry rub in one bowl, your dry mixture in another bowl and your wet mixture in a third bowl. You are now ready for that chicken as soon as that chicken is ready for you.

6.) Take the chicken out, pat it dry, add on your dry rub, then toss it into your dry mixture, then into your wet mixture back into your dry mixture bringing along some drops of wet mixture to form flavor chunks in your breading.

7.) Deep fry for 6 minutes at 375°F

8.) Toast some traditional hamburger buns with butter, layer on about 3 to 4 pickles on the bottom bun, then your delicious chicken and finish it off with the top bun.

You've got the traditional chick-fil-A stack up sandwich, simple, elegant, full of MSG, pickle flavor and salt.
