This 5 minute dynamic warmup for runners will help prepare your body for running and prevent running injuries. You don't need any equipment for these dynamic stretches so you can do them at home or at the office, right before you walk out the door to run! This dynamic stretch routine will loosen up the hips, back, and ankles as well as help to activate the glutes and core.
