Alco FA Walthers Trainline Underframe Fabrication

Now we have to make a new underframe for the Walthers Trainline Alco FA. Using aluminum barstock and the milling machine with a saw blade, we can cut the bar stock to the width we need. I found that the Marvel oil that we usually use was not the right stuff for cutting aluminum in this way, so we tried some ZEP Lubeze Drill Chill and it worked awesome.
