Curious Red Deer Fascinated By Hovering Drone
Red deer are extraordinary creatures, found on almost every continent on the planet. They are know as timid animals and usually run away at the sight of predators or humans, making them almost impossible to film while interacting.
But what if you had a camera drone? One person in New Zealand had an extraordinary chance to record on video small herd of grazing red deer, led by a massive stag. The does all scatter at the sight of the buzzing drone approaching, but the stag held his ground. Watch as he comes closer to the drone, sniffing it and watching closely at the unusual object in front of him. A truly one-of-a-kind experience in the New Zealand wild!
Investing into a camera drone seems to be a very good idea indeed. If you set it up properly, use the right equipment and treat it right, your camera drone will be able to show you the world from a whole new perspective. Inaccessible terrain, timid wildlife, ferocious beasts, they can all be caught on video with the help of a drone! Just check out how this person managed to get close enough to a seal pup, who was curious enough to check out the buzzing drone!
Be sure to share this awesome footage with all your wildlife-loving friends.

Fishing Boat Gets Slapped By The Ocean
For all the sailing enthusiasts out there, this video is a stern reminder for what happens when a small fishing boat attempts to get past some surging waves.
The boat, luckily for the tiny crew of one, is safely close to the shore. Nevertheless, high waves are forming in the distance and steadily traveling to the shore. The sky is slowly turning murky and all signs visible indicate that a storm is inevitably approaching. The fishing boat attempts to take over the first wave, in which it succeeds to a degree, but the second, coming with an immense speed and force, slaps it so hard that the tiny little boat gets catapulted straight to the beach.
Imagine yourself sitting on that beach, enjoying the weather changes, feeling the breeze tangle your hair and gazing dreamily towards the horizon. You would never have guessed the strength of the ocean waves only by looking at it from the safe distance, right?
Regardless of the sailing and maneuvering skills of the person stirring the small fishing boat, there are moments and forces in nature that should never be underestimated. We seem to be forgetting that, especially when using rudimentary tools or when left to face it alone, nature is still much more grander and more powerful than man.
Luckily for everybody in this video, the boat was very near to the shore and no one was hurt or injured, only reminded of the immense strength and unpredictability of nature.

I let a Praying mantis go in my greenhouse to help control aphids. As soon as I let him go he went and started shagging a praying mantis that was eating a wasp. The female will sometimes eat the male instead of mating with him so the male must have thought it was a great opportunity.

Huge street brawl in Auckland, New Zealand
Do you know the men in this video?
Another night of senseless violence in Auckland’s party hot spots on Saturday night/Sunday morning has once again left Police frustrated and disappointed.
One man was left hospitalised after multiple fights in Karangahape Road, which took place over several inner city streets. Two men appear in court today charged with wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and assault with intent to injure as a result .
Police made fourteen arrests in restoring order in the location mainly for disorderly behaviour.
This video shows just some of the chaotic scenes that Police had to deal with in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Just after 2am, a large group of more than 15 can be seen lining the side of K Road and fighting. Law-abiding members of the public are forced to take evasive action as the fighting moves into the middle of an intersection, in the path of oncoming traffic.
One of the brawls ends up taking place on the bonnet of a car waiting at the lights.
Police are now trying to identify the people in the video and are not ruling out further charges, as investigations continue.
Half an hour after the fight on K Road, another fight broke out nearby in East Street, in which the man in hospital sustained his injuries.
“It’s hugely frustrating and disappointing to see violence like this in our city at night. This was violence fuelled by alcohol and people who can’t handle their drink ” said Inspector Mark Benefield.
“It only takes one punch and someone falls, knocks their head and dies. How many families would that affect? These brawlers are just one moment away from changing people’s lives forever.
Not only that, but spare a thought for the innocent people who are going about their business along K Road; the motorist waiting at the lights who finds the bonnet of their car being used as a boxing ring. It’s extremely frightening and law-abiding people shouldn’t have to deal with it” he says.
Police will continue to patrol city party hot spots as the warmer weather approaches, and will be taking a very low tolerance approach to similar behaviour.
“We fully expect more people to come into the city at night as the party season approaches and we will be coming down hard on those who do behave badly whilst under the influence” he says.
Police will be asking bar owners and managers to be extra vigilant with patrons in meeting their responsibilities under the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 .
“Auckland is a fantastic city to enjoy at this time of the year but it’s unacceptable that this level of violence occurs when people want to come into the city to enjoy themselves.”
Inspector Benefield reminds people coming into the Central Business District that that the entire CBD has a 24 hour alcohol ban which Police will enforce with $250 fines or arrest.
Anyone with information about the people involved in the fight is asked to contact Auckland Police on 09 302 6557.
Information can also be given anonymously to the organisation Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
