Does your senator think you are trying to overthrow the government?
[If you listen to this with headphones, be aware that there are some sudden fluctuations in the volume due to the varying quality of the recordings.]
Senator Slama seems to think that the only way her constituents can get representation is to hire a lawyer. What exactly does she think it is that she was elected by the people to do, I wonder?
I have repeatedly taken concerns (shared by many Nebraskans) regarding violations of our constitutional rights to a free election to EVERY senator in the Unicameral. Not a damn one of them will take these concerns seriously. So if you are a Nebraskan who believes that we deserve to have assurances from our government that our election process is one that ensures that our votes are counted as they are cast, then...well, you might be one of those folks out there who is trying to "overthrow the government."
Senator Slama is NOT representing the concerns of her constituents on this matter. As you can hear her reveal in the audio clip, she's already made up her mind that our elections ARE in fact being conducted constitutionally. So to hell with the concerns of the people regarding their constitutional rights. Shut up and take it, Nebraska. Republicans in our state are NEVER going to restore election integrity.
People need to know that they cannot trust nor rely upon ANY of our elected officials to take election integrity concerns seriously. They have had ample opportunity to take meaningful action and they have refused. THEY AREN'T GOING TO DO IT. Our "best" Republicans are allegiant to Ricketts and his crew (including Evnen) and NOT to us. They parrot the scripts from federal agencies and tell us that we should just trust those who oversee our elections and that we shouldn't be asking any questions. And that includes Republicans that people continue to cheer--like Senator Clements, for example. He is up for reelection--unopposed, I think, but it doesn't matter, because that makes him both the "best" and the "worst" candidate running. He should be pressed HARD to explain why he was once on board with supporting nation-wide audits, but then changed his tune following public comments against his support of the people's concerns which came from Ricketts and Evnen.
THEY HAVE HIM, and if they have Clements, then they have all of them. He was the only one who even had the courage to once attempt to speak up for election integrity. They shut him up. I have said this to him face-to-face on more than one occasion. It is interesting that he does not deny it. His only response is a blank stare. It's a little scary, actually. But the opportunity to get some accountability from those who are up for election/re-election is RIGHT NOW. But tribal allegiance to parties (and a hell of a lot of amnesia) cause us to cheer for candidates with an R next to their name, rather than to question them and put them on the record about what it is that they will do if elected. We should be making them EARN our votes. But we don’t. Shame on us.

We have a duty to disobey
Disobedience is an obligation when to do otherwise would put us out of alignment with God.
If you haven't yet seen JP Sears recent video, "Why I Changed My Mind About Evil," then please go check it out after viewing the short clip I've shared here from Leigh Dundas.
JP always nails it, and the video linked below is no exception. He offers suggestions for what we can do so that freedom (God) may prevail over tyranny (evil). The most important of his suggestions is to "Stay Aligned." All of the things he advises us to do will fall apart if we do not act in accordance with our principles and values, which are rooted in our faith. When we do not openly and actively LIVE our faith, we are most definitely out of alignment.
JP says that we must have the "courage of the warrior's spirit," and that people often struggle with that. But it is courage which allows us to stay, as JP says, "unapologetically" aligned. The "unapologetic" part requires having the courage of one's convictions to act, even (as he also points out) in ways that can pull us out of our comfort zone. That means doing what your gut feeling is telling you is right, even when you try to tell yourself that you "have no choice."
The Gateway Pundit article, from which the clip of Dundas is excerpted can be viewed at the link below. It is worth visiting the link to hear what else she has to say.

Learn the facts about out-of-state Big Wind farms trying to take advantage of Nebraskans
I attended a meeting last night in Nebraska City held by the Otoe County Wind Forum group who is working to educate Nebraskans (particularly Otoe County residents) about what happens to communities when out-of-state Big Wind farms move in. It isn't good.
The presentation included a showing of the movie, "Windfall," which can be viewed at this link https://wind-watch.org/videos.php. Other shorter videos can be found here: https://www.voicesofnebraska.com/silent-no-more/learn-the-facts-about-out-of-state-big-wind-farms-trying-to-take-advantage-of-nebraskans-get-informed. One thing to keep in mind is that the windmills that have been talked about in the videos on this website are around 400ft tall. The ones that NextEra has said that they want to build in Nebraska are 650ft tall!

Will Matt Innis hold his "very dear friend" Evnen to account when it comes to election concerns?
Will Matt Innis hold his "very dear friend" Evnen to account when it comes to election concerns? If he hasn't done it yet, then why should anyone expect him to do it now?
The last thing people should be doing is putting their trust in Matt Innis (or any of the other people whose names are on the lists of those being cheered right now.) Those very people are the reason I left the GOP.
There is great irony that their complaint was that their voices weren't being heard, because the very people who led that takeover are people who themselves have a history of censoring conservatives whom they don't want to be heard. And they have a history of criticizing those who would dare to try to hold to account anyone whom they deem a friend. The faces leading the party might be different, but people are fools if they believe that this means that anything has changed for the better.
I will not believe any of them to be sincere unless and until they truly hold to account those in our government who have failed us. And that includes their friends. When I sought that kind of accountability, I was silenced and shunned by the people who are the new faces of the GOP.
A false sense of security is dangerous, and people should be cautious about in whom it is they place their trust. I do think that the "new guard" will say many of the right things, but I know from experience that they will not hold accountable anyone whom they deem a friend or political ally.

So sue me! (Ricketts on keeping the ES&S machines)
Clearly, Ricketts is not on the side of those who have concerns about the use of machines in our elections. Like Secretary of State Evnen (who has a proven history of lying to the people of Nebraska), Ricketts trusts the machines to count the votes more than he trusts the people of Nebraska.

Senator Linehan trusts Sec of State Bob Evnen. Do you?
Dear Senator Linehan,
We spoke the other day at the town hall event in Nebraska City for Voter ID about my concerns regarding the constitutionality of our elections and my concerns about the vulnerabilities that our elections are open to through the potential for connectivity to the internet which you claim does not exist. You told me that your office would provide me with a timely response, and so I look forward to hearing from you.
I am requesting a written response from your office that addresses concerns that many Nebraskans have about the lack of transparency in our elections that we believe denies us an election that is without impediment or hindrance to our constitutionally protected right (Article 1-22 of the Neb. State Constitution) to know that our votes are counted as they are cast. The "Security Requirements" section of the contract between the State of Nebraska and ES&S contains non-disclosure terms that do not allow the transparency that is necessary for there to be no impediment in our right to a free and fair election. When vulnerabilities are detected through testing, the public is never permitted to know. But what we do know 100% is that our elections are so vulnerable due to the use of machines that the Department of Homeland Security, on January 6, 2017, used the Patriot Act to designate the cybersecurity of elections to be critical infrastructure. This allowed the federal government a level of overreach into our state elections which they should not be permitted to have.
This is the same DHS that issues (and one is presently in effect right now) bulletins stating that those who question the outcome of elections should be considered a potential threat to the government. (And you're not supposed to question the government's COVID-19 measures either.) The departments and agencies of the Executive Branch are the ones who are providing the oversight of our elections, and we are not allowed to have any oversight of them. The answer from our government, per the "misinformation and disinformation toolkits" provided by the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (part of DHS) is that if voters have questions about their elections, they should consult the "trusted voices" on elections to provide them with answers.
We are told that the "trusted voices" are the ones who conduct our elections, and yet, in the state of Nebraska, the oversight of our elections is conducted by Secretary of State Bob Evnen, whom we know for a fact lied to us when he told us that the $400,000 of Zuckerberg grant money spent in Lancaster County was spent on PPE (masks), when not one penny of it was spent on PPE. He also claimed that a thorough investigation of the matter showed that the Zuckerberg money had no influence on the outcome of elections in Lancaster County, but how could he possibly know that, when he wasn't even aware of how the money was truly spent? So why should we trust him? There are good and valid reasons why Nebraskans want outside oversight that ensures us that our elections are being conducted in a responsible way. The evidence we have shows us that they are not.
As I told you when I spoke with you the other day, all oversight is internal. I know that you and Governor Ricketts said you did not have a problem with there being no outside oversight of Secretary of State Bob Evnen conducting elections that he himself is a candidate in, but many Nebraskans see this lack of outside oversight as a significant problem. I look forward to your response to these concerns. You also told me that you were not familiar with the Albert sensors that are used in our elections, yet you have stated that you definitively believe that our elections are not susceptible to corruption because you believe they lack connectivity. As you know, many people all across our nation share concerns about the connectivity of the machines used in our elections. It seems silly to suggest that there is no connectivity, when the DHS deemed the cyber threats to our elections to be so great that they used those threats as a reason to give them greater access to the election processes of every state in the nation.
We don't even need to inspect the machines to know that information that is part of our election security is being transmitted and that remote services are being used. I'm not saying that the Albert sensors are the problem with our elections (though they certainly could be corrupted), but what I am saying is that I would like your office to provide me with answers that help to explain the adamant claims made to Nebraskans by our elected officials (including yourself) who insist that our elections are not in any way connected to the internet, when it is readily transparent that there is connectivity and that remote services are used. Please consult the links I am providing you with to learn more about Albert sensors so that you may become familiar with the reasons that many Nebraskans have concerns when we are told that the machines used in our elections have no connectivity. It was, in fact, Nebraska and ES&S who paved the way for the use of Albert sensors in elections across the nation.

Be an agitator
Don't resist being an agitator simply because people tell you that you shouldn't stir things up. The alternative to that is stagnancy. Or further decline. The movement and the friction is necessary and good.

FU NEGOP (Pillen-pushers)
Don't give them a penny. Make them earn your vote.
I won't send them a penny, but I will send them a message when I vote Libertarian for governor. (I believe Scott Zimmerman has more integrity than Pillen and would put Nebraskans first.)
The NEGOP done gone and effed up big time, and now these Pillen-pushers are trying to shove down our throats a candidate for governor who has demonstrated by how he ran his campaign that he lacks decency and integrity, and that he is willing to sit silent when--to benefit his campaign--those in our government abused the authority of the offices that they hold. I will never give my vote to someone who has made it clear that he views our government as a tool that can be wielded for his own gain. Pillen puts Pillen first. Or perhaps it is Ricketts that he puts first. But you can be sure that it ain't you.
You know who else stayed silent? The NEGOP. Heaven forbid they ever call out bad behavior from one of their own. And in the shitshow that played out regarding the witch hunt against Herbster (whom I did not vote for myself), there was definitely more than one who should have been called out.
I know from having had many discussions with people who run campaigns for GOP candidates that they condone the nastiness and the mudslinging. (I think some of them revel in it.) To them, it's all just part of the game. Whatever it takes to win. And the GOP laps it up and lets it all play out, with no regard for how any of it affects the people of Nebraska.
We get what we accept, and if we don't ever stop accepting this kind of crap, we are never going to stop getting it. The GOP feels nothing for you but disdain, and yet they still have the balls to ask you for your allegiance and your money. I'm not doing it.

This is just ONE of the reasons that I don't trust Pillen. I don't believe that medical freedom would be protected on his watch.

Beware any Ricketts endorsed candidates! (Short video message)
At the candidate forum in Rushville this past weekend, I had the opportunity to speak twice to those in attendance. In the order that we spoke, both times I went just before Senator Hilgers, who is also a candidate for AG. And both times that I had the opportunity, I called upon Hilgers to assure Nebraskans that he does not share the dangerous views of Ricketts (who endorses Hilgers) and of the women in our Legislature who have made it clear that they are all supporters of "because I said so" government--the kind of government that cares nothing for facts or for seeking out the truth, but instead would presume a person guilty simply because someone said that they were.
Voters should heed this as a red flag. The next time the finger could be pointed at YOU.
This presumption of guilt that is being promoted by those within our very own government is NOT just. An endorsement of any candidate from Ricketts should be a red flag to voters, and any candidates who have received Ricketts' endorsement should be asked if they share his views when it comes to how it is that we determine guilt. "Because I said so" government is a very dangerous thing, and people should take heed of candidates who do not speak out against it. The next time, the finger could be pointed at you.
Senator Hilgers stuck to his scripted speech and never did answer my call for him to go on the record as to where he stands when it comes to whether or not Herbster should be presumed guilty or innocent.
(Herbster isn't even the candidate that I will be voting for. I will cast my vote for candidate for governor Michael Connely. But Herbster is entitled to the presumption of innocence, and it worries me to see those who are currently serving in our government say otherwise.)

Have you signed the initiative to protect against medical mandates?
When I get the chance to question candidates, I always try to ask about medical freedom issues and/or election integrity. In this video, I asked candidate for governor Breland Ridenour if he would sign the initiative that is currently circulating which would protect against medical mandates. He refused.
This initiative is now more important than ever to try to get on the ballot, because with the recent signing into law of LB906, Nebraskans actually LOST medical freedom. The purpose of the bill was to protect you from vaccine mandates from your employer, but it seems that no one in our government knows how to put up a proper fight to defend your rights. Now, it is codified into our statutes that your employer CAN require you to wear a mask and submit to regular testing. And now that we've begun down the path of surrendering freedoms in order to gain some temporary comfort, the next time the tyrants come for our freedom, we will have less of it to lose. The vaccine mandates should have been fought in a better way.
The screenshot is a message I received some time back from the founder of Nebraskans Against Government Overreach, Allie French. As you are vetting your candidates, please be sure to find out if those who are trying to guide you in your vetting don't have ulterior motives. You should question everyone and everything. Do your own research. Until they were called on it, NAGO recently had me rated in their candidate assessment as lower than a candidate who supports CRT and who believes that children should be able to choose their own gender. NAGO has also conducted personal attacks (rooted in falsehoods) to try to tear down ALL of the Voices of Nebraska candidates.
I have asked Breland Ridenour several times in the past if he would publicly disassociate himself from NAGO due to their willingness to sling mud and engage in personal attacks on candidates, rather than on sticking to the issues. He would not. Ridenour is the candidate that has been pushed by NAGO, and he is who they now endorse. NAGO censors and blocks the voices of candidates whom they don't want heard. They are no better than the mainstream media or the GOP, both of whom seek to interfere and to manipulate by controlling the access to information that people need in order to be able to make an informed choice.
Does NAGO sometimes do good work? Absolutely. There are many wonderful people who are members of the group. But I think that people would be wise to use caution when following their advice. Clearly, when it comes to candidates, their agenda goes beyond offering information for others to use to make up their own mind. The leaders of NAGO have, for months and months, been using NAGO as a political tool for conducting unsavory mudslinging on Ridenour's behalf. They have blocked me from several groups to keep me from telling what I know.
Trust no one--not me or anyone else--to do your vetting for you this time around. So much is at stake, and it is a shame to me that the vast majority of politicians and wannabe politicians are focused more on winning an elected seat in government than they are on trying to solve the problems that we are currently facing. The initiatives are candidate for governor Michael Connely's way of trying to solve the problems. Anyone interested in signing the initiatives or helping to collect signatures for them can watch for signing events to be posted here https://www.voicesofnebraska.com/initiatives-signing-events. You can also email me at voicesofnebraska@gmail.com if you have questions.

We need better answers than this
When I asked Herbster questions about election integrity, this is the answer I got. He preceded the comment in this video by saying, "You keep doing what you're doing, and I'll keep doing what I'm doing," and that the plan was for him to become the next governor of Nebraska. Simply wanting to become governor doesn't mean that he should be, and I think that we need to press him harder to give more substantive answers than this.
Herbster relies far too often upon the endorsements of others. He also has a pattern of engaging the audience during candidate forums which is quite clever, to be honest, but it's still trickery of a sort. Go and watch the candidate forums which he has attended and you will see. He often begins with the feel-good proclamation of "I bring you greetings from the 45th POTUS." That is followed by him pointing out someone in the room whom he will ask the audience to recognize and applaud. He eats up valuable time that should be spent answering the questions that are put to him, and he does it in a clever way which leaves the audience with a positive "feeling" about him because they are all applauding the good qualities of OTHERS besides Herbster. He leaves people with a "feel good," positive vibe, but I think people need to dig deeper and realize that what he is truly doing is avoiding giving substantive responses.
I will say this about him, though--even when he has been visibly annoyed at me pestering him with questions, he has never been unkind toward me. (His campaign staff have been a bit pushy in trying to get him away from me, though.) I do press the candidates hard when I approach them with my questions. Their run for office is a job interview, and so they should be willing to answer the questions. (Not everyone is nice when approached, but Herbster has always been polite and kind.)
I feel like Herbster is running because someone told him that he should. (Perhaps it was even Trump who did.) But I feel that those who are looking to Herbster to be like Trump are going to be greatly disappointed. Herbster has billboards up in Omaha boasting of his endorsements from Trump and Noem. The billboards read, "Great minds think alike." But I think that great minds think DIFFERENTLY. It was Trump's unique willingness NOT to give a fig what others thought of him and to chart his own path in politics which was so admirable. Trump didn't cozy up to anyone for endorsements when he entered into the world of politics. He was confident enough in his own ideas to put forth a message that challenged the status quo. Herbster doesn't have that kind of confidence and is relying far too heavily on the accomplishments of others to recommend him.

Connect the dots
It is all intertwined. All of it. CSE and CRT. Mask and vaccine mandates. It's all about social control. And by design, too--for the purposes of destroying us.
It has taken them years to condition us to the point where we are at now. But we do not have years to undo it. The window of time we have in which to turn our country around is so very small by comparison.
That is why the time is NOW for you to get involved and SPEAK UP. A silent majority holds no power. No matter how many of us there may be, we have no power if we do not CLAIM it. Knowing that you have power, but failing to claim it and use it is a forfeiting of power. Let's not do that.
Take up your greatest weapon in this fight, which is your voice--the voice of TRUTH--and wield it.

Ummm...Yes, we should be blaming them. (And the next election is in MAY.)
A primary election is, in fact, a real election.
To members of a political party, the primary is, in many ways, MORE important than the general election, for it is in the primary election where differing voices, such as those of grassroots candidates, within a political party SHOULD be allowed to be heard. (Though that very much is not often the case.)
If we do not fight for our elections to be conducted in accordance with our constitution, we will lose that right. We should fight with both hands to hold on to it, for if it gets wrestled free from our grasp, I fear it will be damn near impossible in our lifetime to recover it.
We SHOULD be holding accountable all of those who stand between us and our freedom. Right now. BEFORE the primary.

LB906 - Be careful what you ask for
We should be CLAIMING our rights. Not conceding them and negotiating them away.
I have been incredibly disappointed in the legislative "solutions" that have been proposed this session. They are weak as hell. And the sad thing is that it is our so-called "better" and "most conservative" senators who have proposed these bills. I take that as a sign that we are in real trouble if WE THE PEOPLE don't become our own representatives. We have no true representatives who are doing what is necessary to defend our freedom and our rights. (Not saying they are bad people, but they are NOT good representatives of the people. And, no, it isn't mean to say so.)

Remember January 6
Voices of Nebraska had scheduled two protests for today (one in Lincoln and one in North Platte) to remember all that took place on January 6, 2021--AND (perhaps more importantly) all that has followed since. The protests were canceled due to the cold temperatures.
The protest was scheduled from 11AM - 2PM. I stayed until 12:30PM and left when my friend Terri arrived to take over to finish out the lunch hour. (Thank you, Terri!)
Canceling was absolutely the right thing to do, as not everyone has the proper clothing to stay safe in such cold temperatures, and we want everyone to stay safe. I never had any intention of not being there, though. So even though the weather did not cooperate for us to assemble together today, please take a moment to reflect on what happened on January 6, 2021, and what it all means.
You can learn more at AmericanGulag.org.
