Here is part 6 of our chest series for season 1. This exercise is more of a basic exercise that can be done towards the end of your workout. Here you will take a medicine ball with one hand on the medicine ball and one hand on the ground. You will do 10 pushups or as many as you can, and then switch. Here is part 5 of our chest series for season 1. This exercise is more of a basic exercise that I like to do the day after my chest training. This pumps the blood into the chest and releases the lactic acid to help with recovery. Remember: This is not for the day of your chest training, but for the day after your chest training. TGB Training Series Season 1 Chest Part 3
This video is part 3 of season 1 chest series. This exercise takes pressure off of your shoulder, and focuses more on your chest. The first set you will do 10 reps of dips supersetted (meaning straight into) 10 pushups. The next set will be 9 dips supersetted with 9 pushups, and so on and so forth. You will do this until you get to 1 rep. Once you hit 1 rep you will then do 1 last set for as many reps as you can of dips and pushups. This is a good exercise to finish or start with.

Working the Title Boxing Quickpuncher for cardio March 2020 at 236lbs
Cardio is important to staying healthy! I prefer to do different things for cardio like this Quickpuncher for example. This improves hand eye coordination , head movement , footwork which needs some more work, and it just feels good to be able to hit something. With the stress of having my businesses impacted especially having to close the Iron Forged Gym due to Covid-19 this was one of my go to stress relievers after weight training.
