Ingredients:
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 Cups
-Namak (Salt) 1/2 tsp
-Ajwain (Carom seeds) 1/2 tsp
-Ghee 3 - 4 tbs
-Pani (Water) 1/2 Cup or as required
Potato Stuffing:
-Aloo (Potatoes) Boiled 1/2 kg
-Matar (Peas) 1 Cup (Optional)
-Hara dhania (Coriander) 1/2 Cup
-Hari mirch (Green chilies) Chopped 2 tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 & 1/2 tsp
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) 1/4 tsp
-Garam masala powder (Whole spice powder) 1 tsp
-Oil 2- 3 tbsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 & 1/2 tsp
-Oil for frying
Directions:
-In bowl, add all-purpose flour, salt, carom seeds ,ghee and mix well until crumbled.
-Gradually add water and knead until smooth dough is form, cover with a wet cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
-In bowl, add potatoes and mash them slightly, add peas ,coriander, green chilies, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder ,turmeric powder, whole spice powder and mix well.
-In pot, add oil ,cumin seeds and mix ,add potato mixture and fry for 2 -3 minutes and let it cool.
-Wet your hands with water and knead dough again.
-Take a small dough, make a ball and coat in dry flour and roll out in oval shape with the help of rolling pin and cut into two pieces.
-On one side of dough ,apply water ,join two sides/edges to make a cone and press gently to seal the cone.
-Fill the cone with potato stuffing, apply water on the edges and bring the edges together and seal the edges properly.
-Prepare the remaining samosas similarly and set aside.
-In wok, heat oil and fry on medium low flame until golden.

- Water 3/4 CUP
-Green Jelly 1/2 PACKET
-Whipping Cream (OPTIONAL)
Direction for Cooking :
-In a bowl add 1/2 cup of milk then add custard powder mix well and set aside.
-In a wok add milk bring it boil then add sugar to your taste cook until sugar dissolve.
-Add custard milk keep stir continuously until thickness , let it cool for 5 - 15 mins.
-In a frying pan add water bring it to boil add green jelly mix well and set aside for 5 -10 mins.
-In a serving dish add prepared custard then add cake crumbs then add cut banana slice on it then add jelly cubes you can add red jelly for making colorful.
-Again add prepared custard add banana slices and at the last add prepared jelly on it.
-keep in freezer until jelly sets
-You can add whipping cream on it as you like.

-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 Cup

-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
-Garam masala powder 1 tsp
-Soy sauce 2 tbs
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Chili Sauce 2 tbsp
-Chicken qeema (Mince) 500grams
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
Prepare Dough:
-Fine Atta (Fine flour) sifted 1 Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cup
-Namak (Salt) 1/2 tsp or to taste
-Dahi (Yogurt) 1/4 Cup
-Water 1 Cup or as required
-Oil 1 tbs
-Anda (Egg) whisked 1-2
-Mozzarella cheese grated
Directions For Cooking :
Prepare Chicken Filling:
-In a wok add cooking oil, cumin seeds & cook it for a min.
-Add ginger, garlic & cook for 2 mins .
-Add tomatoes, mix well & cook for 2 -3 minutes or until tomatoes are soft.
-Add onion, green chillies, mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, soy sauce, lemon juice, chili sauce & cook it for 2 -3 mins.
-Add chicken mince, mix well & cook for 3-4 minutes.
-Add fresh coriander & mix well.
-Cook it until all water dries 3 -4 mins on low flame .
-Let it cool completely.
Prepare Dough:
-In a bowl add fine flour, all-purpose flour, salt & mix well.
-Add yogurt, gradually add water, mix well & knead until dough is formed.
-Add ghee & grease the dough with it, cover & let it rest for 15 -20 minutes.
-Add ghee in a tray & spread evenly with the help of brush.
-Grease hands with ghee,take a small dough , make a smooth ball & place on ghee greased tray. Brush ghee over the dough balls, cover with cling wrap & let them rest for 10 -15 minutes.
-Roll a thin roti apply some oil or ghee sprinkle some atta then makes cuts on it with the help of cutter roll it and make a ball again rest then for 10 mins.
-Grease hand with ghee and press gently with both hands to spread the dough to make a paratha.
-Heat griddle, add ghee & let it melt.
-Place paratha and fry on medium low flame. Flip the paratha, add & spread whisked egg over it.
-Spread prepared chicken filling on one side, add mozzarella cheese & flip the other side of paratha over it. Press gently & cook from both sides until golden & crispy (makes 10).
-Serve with dahi, achar or salad!

-In a wok add oil then add chicken boneless and cook until it change its color it will take 3 -4 mins.
-Add ginger , garlic paste and cook for 2 mins.
-Add sliced onion, capsicum, tomatoes, and cook it for 2 -3 mins on high flame.
-Add crushed black pepper , red chili powder , red chili flakes , salt , coriander powder , cumin powder , mix herbs, vinegar , chili sauce , oyster sauce mix well and cook for 2 -3 mins on medium flame.
-Add water mix well then cover and cook for 3 -5 mins on low flame until water dries.
-Transfer to bowl and let it cool .
-In a bowl add all -purpose flour and water mix well and make a smooth paste then set aside .
-In another bowl add egg add salt , black pepper powder , milk whisk well and then set aside for further use.
-Now Take samosa patti make + then add cooked chicken add some mozzarella cheese as required and then fold one side of patti.
-Apply slurry on the ends of patti and fold them properly.
-Make all parcels you can store these chicken parcel in any air tight container for one month.

-Lmli Ka Pulp 1 cup ( Tamarind Pulp )
-Aloo Bukhara ka Pulp 1 & 1/2 cup ( Dry Plum)
-Khushk Khubani 300 grams ( Dry Apricots )
-Cheeni 3/4 cup or to taste ( Sugar )
-Namak 1 tsp ( Salt )
-Chaat Masala 2 tbsp (
-Kala Namak 1/2 tsp ( Black salt )
-Dhara Mirch 1 tsp ( Red Chili Flakes )
-Pani 2 -3 cups ( Water )
Direction for Sauce Cooking :
-Soaked the 80 grams of tamarind for 2 -3 hours in warm water then remove the seeds and you will get tamarind pulp set aside for further use.
-Soaked 150 grams of dry plum in 1 & 1/2 cup of warm water for 2 -3 hours then remove the seeds and you will get the plum pulp set aside for further use.
-Take 300 grams of dry apricots wash them well then set aside for further use
TRY TO USE SEEDLESS APRICOTS FOR SAUCE
-Take a wok add tamarind pulp, plum pulp , and dry apricots then add sugar, salt , red chili flakes , black salt , chaat masala , water mix well cover & cook for 6 -8 mins on low flame.
-After 7 mins remove the lip mix well and let it cool for 5 -7 mins.
-Take a blender and blend well this mixture until become a smooth paste.
-Transfer this sauce in any air tight jar and can be stored in freezer for 2 months.
-Keep out side until sauce is completely cool.

-Kela 5 -6 ( Banana )
-Amrood 1 cup remove the seeds ( Guava )

Ingredients :
-Candy Biscuit 200 grams
-Butter melted 3 tbsp
-Cocktail tin one
-Doodh 4 cups ( Milk )
-Corn Flour 8 -9 tbsp
-Cheeni 1/2 cup ( Sugar ) OR TO TASTE
-Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
-Butter 2 tbsp
-Cream one packet
-Dark Chocolate as required
-Cherry as required
Direction For Cooking :
-In a grinder add biscuits and grind them well. Then add Unsalted melted Butter and grind it again.
-Transfer it to a serving dish spread evenly and refrigerate for 20 mins.
-In a wok add milk , corn flour and sugar whisk well then turn on the flame.
-Cook it for 5 - 8 mins in medium low flame.
-Cook until thickened then add vanilla essences , butter mix well until butter is melted.
-Add cream mix well then let it cool for 10 -15 mins.
-Remove the water of cocktail and set aside.
-In serving dish add cocktail spread evenly then add cooked custard again spread evenly.
-Sprinkle the left over biscuit on the edges of serving dish.
-Add some cherry and cocktail pieces and some dark chocolate.
-Refrigerate it again for 2 -3 hours.
-Your cocktail Dessert is ready serve it chilled

Direction For Cooking:
-In a wok add oil add chopped garlic and saute for 30 sec then add boiled and shredded chicken and cook it for 2 mins.
-Add carrot and cook for 2 mins then add salt , red chili flakes, dry coriander powder , chicken powder , black pepper powder , garam masala mix well and cook for a min.
-Add capsicum mix well then add chili sauce and soy sauce cook it for 2 -4 mins then add cabbage cook it for a min then turn flame off mix well and let it cool.
-In a bowl add all purpose flour add water as required make a smooth paste and set aside.
-Take samosa patti make a triangle apply all purpose flour mixture and fix it then add chicken mixture and fold patti like samosa and set aside.
-Make 20 25 samosa you can stored these samosa in freezer for 1 -2 month.
-In a wok add oil let's heat up then add samosa and fry until golden brown .

-Lal mirch sabut (Button red chilies) 8-12
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 2 tbsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Dhania (Coriander seeds) Roasted & crushed 1 tbs
-Zeera powder (Cumin seeds) Roasted 1 tbs
-Hara dhania (Coriander leaves) 1/2Cup
-Podina (Mint leaves) 1/2 Cup
-Hari mirch (Green chilies) 4 -5
-Garam masala powder (Whole spices powder) 1 tsp
-Dahi (Yogurt) 2 -4 tbs
-Anday (Eggs) 1-2

-Cream 2 -3 tbsp
-Mayonnaise 3 -4 tbsp

-Sufaid Mirch powder (White pepper powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Namak (Salt) 1/4 tsp or to taste
-Bund gobhi (Cabbage) chopped 1 Cup
Assembling:
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 -3Tbsp
-Pani (Water) 1-2 tbs or as required
-Samosa patti as required
-Chili garlic sauce 1/2 tbs
-Mozzarella cheese grated 1 tbsp
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves chopped to sprinkle

Directions:
-Prick chicken fillets with fork from both sides.
-Sprinkle salt ,black pepper crushed and white pepper powder, apply evenly and let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.
-In frying pan, add oil and fry chicken fillets from both sides until done (4-5 minutes each side).
-Cut into desired shapes & set aside.
For Coleslaw:
-In bowl, add cream, mayonnaise, black pepper crushed, white pepper powder ,salt and cabbage mix well .
-Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Assembling:
-In all-purpose flour, add water and mix well to make a paste & set aside.
-Take two samosa patti, place one samosa patti horizontally, apply all-purpose flour paste then place second samosa patti vertically over first one ,it will make plus (+) sign.
-Add and spread chili garlic sauce ,add coleslaw then add cooked chicken pieces , then add mozzarella cheese ,green onion leaves the center and fold the top side so that it covers the filling.
-Apply all-purpose flour paste and fold all sides to make a square box.
-Make sure that all sides are properly sealed and prepare the remaining box patties similarly.
-In eggs, add salt, white pepper powder, black pepper powder, mozzarella cheese and whisk well.
-Now coat prepared box patties in all-purpose flour, dip into beaten eggs then coat in bread crumbs and again dip into beaten eggs then coat in bread crumbs.
-In frying pan, heat oil and fry box patties from both sides until golden brown (makes 5-6).
-Serve with tomato ketchup or mint raita
-You can also store these box patties in airtight container for 2 -3 weeks in freezer.
