Ingredients :

-Oil 3 -4 tbsp
-Chicken boiled & shredded 2 cup
-Lehsun chopped 1 tsp ( Garlic )
-Carrot Julienne Cut 1 cup ( Gajar )
-Bund Gobhi chopped 1 & 1/2 cup ( Cabbage )
-Shimla Mirch julienne cut 1 cup ( Capsicum )
-Salt to taste ( Namak )
-Red Chili Flakes 1 & 1/2 tsp ( Dhara Mirch )
-Dhania Powder 1 tsp ( Coriander powder )
-Garam masala 1 tsp
-Chicken Powder 1 tbsp
-Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp ( Kali Mirch )
-Chili Sauce 1 tbsp
-Soy sauce 1 tbsp
-Maida 2 -3 tbsp ( All -purpose Flour )
-Pani as required ( Water )
-Samosa Patti as required
-Oil for frying

Direction For Cooking:

-In a wok add oil add chopped garlic and saute for 30 sec then add boiled and shredded chicken and cook it for 2 mins.
-Add carrot and cook for 2 mins then add salt , red chili flakes, dry coriander powder , chicken powder , black pepper powder , garam masala mix well and cook for a min.
-Add capsicum mix well then add chili sauce and soy sauce cook it for 2 -4 mins then add cabbage cook it for a min then turn flame off mix well and let it cool.
-In a bowl add all purpose flour add water as required make a smooth paste and set aside.
-Take samosa patti make a triangle apply all purpose flour mixture and fix it then add chicken mixture and fold patti like samosa and set aside.
-Make 20 25 samosa you can stored these samosa in freezer for 1 -2 month.
-In a wok add oil let's heat up then add samosa and fry until golden brown .
-Serve with mint raita and tomato ketchup.
