'Tragic Beijing Hospital Fire Kills Dozens of Patients' At least 29 people have been killed in a hospital fire in Beijing. Zhao Yang, deputy chief of the Beijing Fire Brigade, said the accident was caused by sparks generated from renovation work at the inpatient department. Authorities have said they have arrested 12 people in connection to the fire, including the head and deputy head of the hospital.

The McCullough twins, 17 and 16 years old, killed four young people and injured 32 more, some of whom are still in critical condition. 'Ukraine War: Putin Visits Commanders in Occupied Kherson and Luhansk Regions' Russian President Vladimir Putin has visited military headquarters in the Russian-controlled eastern regions of Ukraine, the Kremlin has said.
