On the Nuance of Overcoming Thought in the Process of Spiritual Enlightenment

It's been said that the space in between thoughts, or in the absence of thought, is where we discover the bliss of the true Self - of God/Love/Salvation... In this video I go into what I believe are the more subtle aspects of that notion. Essentially, that there is a form of crystallized thought, whose tackling requires more than just conquering the stream of conscious thinking (often referred to as "monkey mind"). I also explain how aids to this process are quite helpful, and possibly necessary, in order to truly achieve the free state of Being that is the end goal of spiritual seeking.
