12 The Leo Frank Case Chapter VIII Frank's Story Atlanta, Georgia 1913
In Chapter 8 of The Leo Frank Case, Judge W.D. Ellis inducted the new Fulton County Grand jury and heard Frank's story before the coroner's jury reconvening. The judge emphasized the importance of prioritizing the Mary Phagan Atlanta murder case and urged the jury to conduct a thorough investigation. The coroner's jury resumed its investigation into Mary Phagan's murder, with Frank testifying for three and a half hours. Frank, who had lived in Brooklyn, New York, returned to the United States to work for the National Pencil Company, eventually becoming General Superintendent until May 24th. He described his daily life at the factory, including overseeing material purchases, examining manufacturing expenses, and managing production. Frank claimed he was unaware of Mary Phagan's phone number and did not enter the payment on the payroll or any other document. The girl walked away, and Frank explained that the lack of metal supplies had prevented the Phagan child from working since Monday. The pay envelope contained $20, partially due to work done on Friday and Saturday of the previous week. The evidence corroborating Frank's involvement in the murder can be seen in this video based on the information he discloses and/or omits. Stay tuned to watch other upcoming sequels in the "Leo Frank Case" to find out more!

Chapter 7 The Mary Phagan Inquest Starts In Atlanta Georgia Part XII
The Inquest Begins in Chapter 7: The coroner's inquest began on Wednesday morning, following a lengthy interview between Frank and Newt Lee at the police station on Tuesday night. According to detectives, the two suspects were brought face to face in the expectation that Frank might elicit a confession of guilt from the negro. Hundreds of witnesses, including factory girls and others, came at the police station Wednesday morning to speak at the inquest. The inquiry began at 9:10 a.m. Between the closed doors of the board of commissioners' meeting chamber. The first witnesses were Officers W. F. Anderson and Brown.
They went into great detail about how they were informed of the murder and how they discovered the body on that dreadful Saturday night. Officer Anderson's evidence included a detailed and disgusting depiction of how the body was mangled and ripped in the dim light of the cellar. Unless witnesses were within 15 feet of the body, it could not be identified as that of a white girl.
When someone picked up a letter near the deceased, he recognized it as the one written on a slip of yellow paper, according to the witness. Someone afterwards discovered another message that he did not recognize. A pencil was discovered around 5 feet from the girl's body.
There was a pad nearby from which the slip had clearly been ripped. He described the basement as a long, narrow enclosure between rock walls, with the elevator shaft towards the front, a boiler on the right about halfway back, and a partition on the left closing in an enclosure that appeared to be a waste area. An open toilet on the right past the boiler, the girl's body on the left beyond that, and a door at the back end. The girl's left slipper was discovered near the elevator. He couldn't locate any headgear on her. He couldn't recall how she was clothed, but he assumed it was in some black material.
He also described how they tried to call Frank in the early morning hours but were unable to do so until many hours later. During Brown's testimony, a startling incident occurred. The little girl's garments, a one-piece purple dress with white frills, and one shoe, a black gunmetal slipper, were displayed before the jury as they were piled on a chair. Mary Phagan's brother stood from a seat in the corner, peered in terror at the pitiful little mound, and hurried from the room, hands clenched to his head.
Newt Lee entered the stand at 11:45 a.m. He testified to arriving at the plant at 4 AM, leaving when instructed to do so by Frank, and returning at six o'clock. He described Frank's anxiety over Gantt's visit to the plant, Frank phoning him on the phone early in the evening to check on him, and the discovery of the dead. Newt claimed that he discovered the body face up, despite the fact that detectives and cops said it was face down. Newt, on the other hand, maintained he never touched the body. In response to the police assertions that he couldn't tell it was a white girl.
He claimed he could tell by the hair, which he claimed was always different between white and black ladies. J. G. Spier of Cartersville, who swore that he saw a girl and a man Saturday afternoon in front of the pencil factory, that they were excited and nervous, and that the girl was the same one he saw Sunday at P. J. Bloomfields Chapel the dead Mary Phagan Wednesday afternoon, was the last witness to testify before the jury adjourned Wednesday morning. George Epps, the young newsboy who arrived to town in the automobile with Mary Phagan, was the first witness to testify.
His allegation that Mary had told him that Mr. Frank had smiled at her and looked suspicious was an intriguing part of his evidence. E. L. Sentel testified about seeing Mullinax with a girl he mistook for Mary Phagan late Saturday night. Another witness, a neighbor, stated he saw her about 5 o'clock near her house, while a third witness, who had informed investigators that he had seen Mary Phagan that afternoon, arrived at the inquest to declare he was wrong. Officers persuaded Sentel that the female he saw wasn't Mary Phagan.
R. P. Barrett, a factory worker, said that he discovered the blood marks near Mary's machine on the second level, indicating that she may have began her struggle for life there rather than in the dark basement. Gantt entered the stand and repeated his statement to the police. J. W. Coleman, Mary Phagan's stepfather, testified of his and her mother's fear on the night of the murder. One of the key witnesses at the hearing was Frank M. Barry, assistant cashier at the Fourth National Bank, who stated that the notes discovered near the girl's body were written in the same hand as several other notes written at police headquarters for the detectives by the Negro watchman Newt Lee.
The hearing was subsequently postponed until Thursday. The inquest was adjourned at 06:00 Wednesday afternoon, taking the police one step closer to unravelling the mystery of tiny Mary Phagan's strange death.

1964 Profiles In Courage: Governor John Slaton (Colorized With Artificial Intelligence -AI- In 2021)
The video is the story of Governor John Marshall "Jack" Slaton (December 25th, 1866 - January 11th, 1955) of Georgia, who in the early 1900s lessened Leo Frank's sentencing. Leo Max Frank had been convicted of and sentenced to death for raping and murdering a young girl. 1964 Profiles in Courage, a Jewish supremacist Hollywood drama that rehabilitates the image of the corrupt 60th governor of Georgia, John Slaton, who commuted the death sentence of Georgia State's criminal defense client Leo Frank. Leo was represented by a law partner from his own private legal firm, Glenn and Slaton, to life imprisonment over his 1913 conviction for the rape-murder of 13-year old Mary Phagan. Thereby, when the Governor commuted the death sentence of Leo Frank, there was a blatant conflict of interest with the public's benefit and well-being as well as a subversive diversion from the noble causes of truth and justice.
Various attempts at corruption had been attempted by Leo Frank's legal defense team comprising of various opportunistic and unscrupulous individuals claiming to be lawyers tried to bribe eye witnesses in either retracting their testimonies or persuade police officials towards illegally retrieving the original documents related to the case. Leo Frank's friends and supporters were said to be paying witnesses to leave town or make fabricated affidavits against their previous testimonies. A secret police informant by the name of Colyar recorded Felder attempting to pay $1000 for the original Coleman affidavit and for copies of the confidential police files on the Mary Phagan case. One such example would be that of the conman and lawyer “Colonel” Thomas B. Felder who tried his best discredit the validity of the case by purchasing the original documentation of the charge sheet and related evidence against Leo Frank. Chief of Police Lanford exposed Felder as working for Leo Frank despite his denial. Felder went as far as falsely accusing Jim Conley the factory sweeper of possessing an affidavit where he admitted guilt in murdering Mary Phagan. Jim Conley of course denied this vehemently. The Atlanta Georgian on May 26, 1913 claimed that the bribery effort came from Frank's friends which Thomas Felder automatically branded as being that of a diabolical conspiracy. When things didn't work out with Thomas Felder's antics, he decided to discard his services to Leo Frank's defense team and then towed the line regarding the popular belief that "Jewish money" was protecting Leo Frank. Despite several appeals to various US institutions between August 27, 1913, to April 22, 1915, Leo Frank's legal team was not able to acquire a successful appeal.
The real-life 60th governor of Georgia was a corrupt politician and attorney, who was part-owner of the law firm that represented Leo Frank at his 1913 summer trial during his appeals to the Georgia Supreme Court from the Autumn of 1913 till the late winter of 1914. Governor Slaton in real life commuted the death sentence of his law client to life in prison. It was one on the worse ethics violation in Georgia History at the time, a gross conflict of interest and unethical to the extreme. Despite the bribery and corruption, Governor John M. Slaton didn't oppose the guilty verdict - he just lessened the sentencing in order to save his client's life in the hope that he could perhaps extract funds from him and his fellow Jewish bedfellows over a longer period of time thereby benefiting his Glenn and Slaton legal firm and his then-contemporary law partner representing Leo Frank.
Even after the death of Leo Frank - one of his earlier witnesses, Alonzo Mann, had been bribed to change the story as a death-bed confession. He falsely stated that Jim Conley was the real killer of Mary Phagan which was impossible to prove since the Negro factory sweeper had been long dead by then. Even then, his new and falsified testimony which is tantamount to a perjury didn't vindicate Leo Max Frank in any way shape or form especially since all the other witnesses had passed away by then. The corrupt and bought-out judge in the video had stated that Leo Frank was innocent to a very high degree. However in real life, the original Justice Hugh Dorsey who had presided over this case, had rejected Leo Frank's appeals for a new trial on more than 100 grounds.
The drama is an anti-Gentile Hollywood film written and produced by the Jewish Supremacists of the 1960s who falsify the facts and evidence of the Leo Frank case to smear the Southerners who convicted the homicidal Jewish serial pedophile Leo Frank for the rape and murder of 13-year-old Mary Phagan.
The production company for this docudrama was produced by Robert Saudek Associates. Robert Saudek (April 11, 1911 - March 13, 1997) was an American TV producer and executive. He was also the Vice President of ABC. He was born into a Jewish family in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and ended up marrying Elizabeth Koch from another extremely wealthy German Jewish Koch family with whom he had five children. His offspring consist of the following individuals with typical Jewish names and their respective cities and states of residence: Richard Harrison Saudek of Montpelier, Vermont, Christopher Dyer Saudek of Lutherville, Maryland, Robert Eliot Saudek of Atlanta, Georgia and Mary Elizabeth Jaffee and Stephen Low Saudek, both of Lexington, Massachusetts. Upon his death, the New York Times wrote an article mentioning his various accomplishments throughout life his life reflected his liberal ideas which the mainstream Jewish-owned media often enabled. He was also a supremacist White Jew and Anti-Gentile who produced anti-white and anti-gentile propaganda films in order to deracinate and demoralize Whites and Christians.

The Murder of Little Mary Phagan by Mary Phagan-Kean (1987), Read by Anonymous (2015).

This is the true story of the murder of little Mary Phagan by Leo M. Frank, her superintendent at the National Pencil Company; Leo Frank's lynching by outraged citizens after his death sentence was commuted; and the century-long effort by Frank's Jewish co-religionists to exonerate him, ending with his pardon in 1986 by the Georgia Board of Pardons and Paroles--which specifically refrained, however, from exonerating Frank.
In spite of the fact that the author Mary Phagan (now Mary Phagan Kean) is the great-niece of little Mary Phagan, and naturally has strong emotions about the case, this book contains the most balanced account of the case so far, as Ms. Kean has gone back to the complete trial record, and studied it extensively. She corrects the false statements that are used in most accounts to convince readers or viewers of Frank's innocence, while acknowledging that it it impossible to know with 100% certainty that Frank was the murderer.

Tom Watson’s Magazine: March 1915 The Leo Frank Case Read by John de Nugent
Thomas Watson, in his Watson's Magazine, does a detailed review of the mass media propaganda via the newspapers on behalf of Leo Frank. Liberal Jewish-owned magazine of Puck which constantly slandered the State of Georgia where they claim to have roots in, her people, and her courts. Puck's two Jewish owners are Nathan Strauss, Jr. who is the President and H. Grant Strauss who is the Secretary and Treasurer. Puck, being a satirical magazine decides to publish outright lies that went against tribal Jewish interests. An example would be by denying the fact that alcohol was killing more men in the United States than the contemporary first world war that was occurring that time in Europe. In the Leo Frank Case and Trial, they falsely accused and slandered the State of Georgia of not sticking to its main principle of "Wisdom, Justice, and Moderation". They constantly produced cartoons showing Leo Frank as an innocent victim of a Georgia State-organized injustice and mob violence. Jewish finance was pumping lots of money into making the public think that Leo Frank was being framed without a proper legal trial. This is despite the fact that countless white women testified against him. The only gentiles that testified on behalf of Leo Frank claiming that he was a victim of injustice were corrupt gentile lawyers like C.P. Connolly and detectives like William J. Burns who had both been bribed by Jewish financiers. All Jewish lawyers unequivocally supported Leo Frank by laying the blame on other non-existent culprits and fabricated suspects. All the other non-corruptible gentiles were against Leo Frank. Despite all the legal wrangling and hype in the mass media on behalf of Leo Frank, neither the judge nor the jury could be bought and they all convicted Leo Frank based on sound evidence. That is why Judge Leonard Roan wouldn't grant the motion for a new trial since the evidence was overwhelming
against Leo Frank's favour. Leo Frank wasn't just convicted based on the evidence provided by Jim Conley the Negro factory sweeper.

The American Mercury on The Leo Frank Trial: Frank Arthur Hooper's Closing Arguments
Mr. Frank Arthur Hooper:
Gentlemen of the Jury, the object of this trial, as well as all other trials, is the ascertainment of truth and the attainment of justice. In the beginning, I want to have it understood that we are not seeking a verdict of guilty against the defendant unless he is guilty. The burden of guilt is upon our shoulders - we confront the undertaking-of putting it upon his. We recognize that it must be done beyond a reasonable doubt, and that it must be done purely by the evidence which we have produced before you. We have cheerfully assumed this burden. We have cheerfully undertaken the task, but, there is not a single man on the prosecution who would harm a hair of the defendant’s head wrongfully. We want him given the same measure of justice that should be meted to all classes of defendants. He is entitled, though, to the same degree of law as any other prisoner. But, he is not entitled to any more because of his wealth or social position.
