The current face of eugenics
This is an excerpt from a larger video I published titled "Capitalism 2.0 Democracy 2.0: People as a market, children as the most precious mineral.
The larger video documents the privatising of our welfare system, and in particular children's development within Australia. This part of the video is specific to the question of eugenics, both within Australia and broader. Video here: https://rumble.com/v59uzn1-democracy-2.0-capitalism-2.0-people-as-a-market-children-as-the-most-precio.html
This excerpt has additional relevance for my interview with Australian author Mark Sutherland, whose book "Exterminating Poverty: The true story of the eugenic plan to get rid of the poor, and the Scottish doctor who fought against it" documents the court case between eugenicist Marie Stopes and Dr Halliday Sutherland, Mark's grandfather. 0:52 / 53:46 Eugenics exterminating the poor- interview with Australian author Mark Sutherland
Interview with Australian Mark Sutherland on his book "Exterminating Poverty: The true story of the eugenic plan to get rid of the poor, and the Scottish doctor who fought against it" which documents the court case between eugenicist Marie Stopes and Dr Halliday Sutherland, Mark's grandfather.
Dr Sutherland was a Doctor in England from the early 1900’s, who is well known for his work on Tuberculosis. At the time Tuberculosis was understood to be hereditary, and eugenic ideas were thrown around by medical experts that it was the weaker stock that became sick, and interventions/ cures were not advised. As this would stop the thinning out of the undesirable segments of society, those who shouldn’t keep breeding in a “survival of the fittest” paradigm. Dr Sutherland disagreed that tuberculosis was hereditary, and came up with ways to control and eradicate it.
Dr Sutherland came up against the eugenicists and their beliefs, well summed up by the quotes:
“Until we have some restriction in the marriage of undesirables the elimination of the tubercle bacillus is not worth aiming at. It forms a rough, but on the whole very serviceable check, on the survival and propagation of the unfit…Personally, I am of opinion…that if to-morrow the tubercle bacillus were non-existent, it would be nothing short of a national calamity. We are not yet ready for its disappearance.”Sir James Barr, ex-president of the British Medical Association
“.. the vast and ever increasing stock of degenerate, feeble-minded and unbalanced who are now in our midst and who devastate social customs. These populate most rapidly, these tend proportionately to increase, and these are like the parasite upon the healthy tree sapping its vitality. These produce less than they consume and are only able to flourish and reproduce so long as the healthier produce food for them; but by ever waking the human stock, in the end they will succumb with the fine structure which they have destroyed.” Stopes, Radiant Motherhood (1920)
Dr Sutherland spoke out about Marie Stope’s family planning clinic, as being an experiment on the poor. Marie Stopes sued Dr Sutherland and the court case ran in 1923. Mark has documented the case, as well as the prevailing view of eugenics at the time. It’s a fascinating read.

Australia's mandatory Digital ID - one step closer
On the 12th of August 2024 Bill Shorten, the Australian Federal Minister for Government Services, announced in a press conference the unrolling of the Digital Identity Trust Exchange or TEx for short, which is the infrastructure for the people’s everyday use of Australia’s Digital ID.
Bill spent around an hour spouting weasel words, buzz words and spin. He was vague on concrete details, repeating the words “Consent, Choice, Trust” numerous times. And .. clangers such as:
“All that’s being exchanged is a digital thumbs up from the government that you are who you say you are.” WEASEL WORDS.
This video is in three parts. The first covers shorts from Shorten’s press conference with intercepts of my commentary. The second covers ID2020 the global digital organisation which tasked themselves with creating the global digital ID framework. ID2020 is funded by the likes of Rockefeller, Gavi, Microsoft, and many more powerful corporate entities. I specifically hone in on the 2016 ID2020 press conference at the United Nations sponsored by the UN Office for Partnerships.
This press conference takes an interesting when a journalist from the Inner City Press asks about corruption charges involving the Office For Partnerships. I have a little bit more of a look in to this. After all, if a global Digital ID system is being unleashed on the citizens of the world, coreographed through private interests and the United Nations the people who are going to be under the ID need to feel comfortable with any implications to our life and capacity for autonomy.
I finish with a video I put together about a year ago which show the scope of the Digital ID, the scope the government should be transparent about, but is not.

'Disruptive" food transformations
These clips are from a wider talk from Tony Weber, who heads up RethinkX, a think tank that focuses on identifying disruptive innovations that could soon impact society.
Tony states the next 15-20 years are to be the most disruptive years in history. We are being taken into a completely synthetic and genetically altered future.
Tony talks about three disruptive sectors in this talk- Renewable Energy, EV Autonomous Cars and Food. I’ve edited where he talks about food. Tony says the changes coming for our food systems are the greatest in 10,000 years; i.e food is to be synthetic, created in vats and taken off the land.
His synopsis-as precision fermentation (genetically altered yeast pumping out proteins in vats) products decrease in price and become cheaper then food/ animals grown on land (and the price of food grown on land will continuously rise- we are told it will be for the wealthy), precision fermentation will become the mainstream food “choice”.
Tony goes on to talk about the benefits of freeing up land through producing our food in Vats. These are the main justifications- reclaiming agricultural land for climate sequestration for climate change (Sdg13) and feeding the world (Sdg2).
Tony talks about leaving nature alone- letting it rewild, however, he is not accurate- nature - ecosystems will be genetically engineered (terraformed).
As always, the investors are champing at the bit to make money and get in on the new technological “disruptors”. They are not concerned with the health implications, or that of centralised control over our food systems, or the implications for people’s right to live on the land (this right is being chipped away bit by bit).

Democracy 2.0 Capitalism 2.0: People as a market- Children as the most precious mineral
I was geared in to action to cover the wider arena of Social Impact Bonds, Social Inclusion- Social Equity- Social Cohesion- Social Emotional Learning- Data Harvesting- Ed Tech- Wellbeing and the government creating the infrastructure, upon reading the recently released Australian government Strengthening Australian Democracy paper.
The Strengthening Australian Democracy paper puts Social Impact Investors front and centre as the antidote to fractures in social cohesion.
Though Social Impact investing has many focus areas; the Australian government is building the infrastructure to allow for full scale surveillance and data mining on children (from birth- to be pre birth) and their parents. This surveillance is to allow for market INTERVENTIONS on children and families. It’s part of the Wellbeing economy- where “Values are placed before Value”. And we must “Measure What Matters.” Australian Treasurer Chalmers is leading the way for Australia.
In my attempt at Strengthening Australian Democracy (actually letting the people know what’s going on is a good first step- free tip to the Australian government), I have put together a video explaining what I understand about the Social Impact market and its implications.

Australian government transforming private property ownership using catastrophic climate modelling
Join me as I pull out some of the government plans in motion.
You might be interested to learn:
- Our local Councils are soon to create Disaster Adaption Plans for our towns based on extreme climate modelling. This will inform Land Planning and Zoning, as well as all other Council business.
- Disaster Adaption Planning is a requirement of the United Nations Sendai agreement 2015-2030 and the United Nations Environment Programme assists countries to develop adaption plans.
- NSW has passed the Reconstruction 2022 Act which allows The Minister to declare regions of NSW a Disaster Prevention Area if the Minister is "satisfied" the area is "likely" to be directly or indirectly affected by a disaster. Once the Minister declares the zone a Disaster Prevention Area the Reconstruction Authority can forcibly take your land- they can do what with they want with your land- they can sell your land.
- The NSW Reconstruction Fund accepts money from "Philanthropists" and "Donations".
- The recently released NSW State Disaster Mitigation Plan discusses bright ideas such as: private interests can pay for your relocation and then get the development rights to your land. And "communities" to be moved together in to new housing. Widespread managed retreat policy for NSW will be released mid 2025.
- The recently released Federal Adaption Plan outlines the plan to put a climate risk notice on every home in Australia. This will of course affect insurance affordability. There will be triggers overlayed in regions to state when Managed Retreat is to be considered! What's the bet that one of the triggers will be a certain percentage of homes are no longer insured!
The NSW government currently has submissions open for their Disaster Adaption Plan guidelines. All links can be found in Substack article: https://kate739.substack.com/p/managed-retreat-adaption-plans-privatised

NZ properties under imminent threat- Managed Retreat
Discussion with Tanya Lees and Carrie Evans from Kapiti CALM New Zealand. We cover recent events in Kapiti including:
- Reports highlighting plans for managed retreat (removal from property) in Kapiti.
- Certificates put on houses documenting coastal erosion, affecting insurance and property prices- the home owners were not told that this occurred.
- Pathway costs for disaster adaption and mitigation strategies in the millions (who pays?)
- Reports using the highest climate catastrophic modelling possible.
- Obscuration of Council community consultation process.
Whether you are in New Zealand, Australia, or anywhere else in the world- this is or will be in process in your country. The United Nations Development Program is overseeing that all countries around the world develop a Climate Adaption Plan.

NSW Australia- being forced out of homes due to climate change modelling
Managed Retreat- sounds like a holiday, right?
It's actually where you are forced to leave your property due to climate change modelling, which compounds risks until you are left in the position where:
- You can't afford to pay your home insurance
- You can't get insurance
- Your house has a warning on a housing certificate, so when you try to sell no one will buy it (besides for corporations).
- The government can take your land, do what they want with the land and then sell it.
- The private corporations who have our infrastructure contracts will determine which towns and areas they will update infrastructure in.
- The public are expected to pay for the disaster infrastructure costs (IPART is mentioned- council rates etc.)
- The public are expected to cover the costs of the managed retreat plans.
- They will start soon with localised propaganda campaigns.
- The Central Coast is identified as the number 1 Local Government area at risk of climate change.
The NSW Disaster Migration Plan was released last week, this ties in with the 6 Cities Plan which affects from above Newcastle, the Hunter, Central Coast, Sydney, Wollongong and out West to the Blue Mountains. It has implications for 6 million people.
Mid 2025 the NSW government will release its Managed Retreat policy. There are a number of think tanks behind these plans- partnering with the WEF and/ or established by Rockefeller.
The question to ask is- do you trust the big corporations to be leading government by the nose? Do you trust the big corporations to ascertain whether you are allowed to stay in your home or not?

It's Time to Support our Farmers Australia
Rally Against Reckless Renewables
6 February 10a.m. Parliament House Canberra
Why would government be ignoring farmer's voices when they raise concerns about how the Renewable Energy transformation will effect food production? I will be speaking on food and the synthetic biology, CRISPR, Lab meat agenda that is heating up in Australia.
FSANZ is in process of allowing the first Lab Meat to be sold in Australia. I encourage people to put in a submission raising concerns (information in video).
Have a listen to the interview to hear how the dots are converging. Please come along to the rally if you can. Even if you're exhausted with trying to communicate to the government, Australian farmers need to know the people support them.
N.B. A couple of minutes in I call FSANZ Food Safety Australia NZ. I meant to say Food Standards Australia NZ.
The Tony Hunter quote is "I say to people these are not traditional food companies think of these as technology companies that make food." My take is that it will no longer be farmers making food.
Food Glorious…. Immortalised (pre-cancerous) Cells grown in a Vat justified under UN SDG 2 and 13, patented and in the hands of the wealthiest… Food. In progress of being approved to sell in Australia.
Meanwhile farmers all around the world are being hammered. Just a coincidence I’m sure.

Corporates owning the rights to the air we breathe? Natural Asset Companies explored
Michael Swifte, long term environmentalist, unpacking Rockefeller and the Inter-American Development Bank’s partnership, the Intrinsic Exchange Group. They’re creating a new market in Natural Asset Companies (NAC) for Ecosystem Services to be traded on the stock exchange. On Wednesday, October 4, 2023, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filed notice of a proposed rule to create Natural Asset Companies (NACs).
We discuss the “Indigenous Estate” and how we see this may intersect with the NAC’s, as well as the enormous implications for our Federal and State forests and Local Council land, farmland and tracts of nature. We explore the implications of the wealthiest owning the rights to management of public and Indigenous land, and the benefits nature brings.
Correction: at 45:00 minutes in I state that George Church was referencing artificial wombs for extinct species in the Bayer Youtube Leap Talks, instead he was referencing artificial wombs for endangered species.

Impacts of Renewables on Australian Farmers and their Solutions
A year ago I interviewed NSW farmer Grant Piper on his communities efforts to push back against the renewable energy zone transplanted over their towns and farms. A year later he is going strong; chairing the newly formed Rational National Energy Network, a network to support communities as the wind turbines and solar farms are pushed into rural areas. The farmers are exhausted from pushing back, environmental concerns raised are dismissed, there is no discussion on food security as farmland is overtaken by renewable energy.
We can support farmers and the natural environment by coming along on Thursday 30th November 11a.m. at Martin Place. Details in the video.
This video includes excerpts from a longer interview with Grant, which will be up shortly.

Mothers upon Mother Earth: the Sacred No to the world intended for The Children Of Humanity
Morven Bryce and I talk. We talk as mothers about what we want to protect and nurture for our children on this earth. We talk about our fears about the dehumanising structures that are being enforced upon us all. We talk about what we want for humanity.
Morven Bryce is a classical violinist and mother of two teenagers. She believes that during these troubling times where what it means to be human is being “transformed”, our humanity is worth fighting for and that our human voices are crucial. That we can raise our voices for our deep care and love for our children and the future generations.
As Morven says “I care passionately about reclaiming and embodying our voices during this time, when everything is being done to silence Humanity, crush our spirit ...and much more besides.”

Social Impact investing episode 2- Humans as a commodity to be fixed
I worked in Welfare for many years, Taschi understands data. Social Impact investments are a model for commodifying interventions in children and adults lives, for investment returns.
In our second video on this topic we look at the assumptions that are made about children and adults and the dehumanising aspect of data collection and surveillance. We raise the fundamental question, if human vulnerability is a market for the wealthiest who is going to come out the winner?

SMART CITIES AND THE GREATER CITIES COMMISSION
A recent talk I did on SMART Cities. This talk has a focus on the Greater Cities Commission forming the 6 Mega City- Global City region. This is relevant for above Newcastle area, down through Central Coast, Sydney, Wollongong and out to Blue Mountains.
My questions:
- Why is the public so unaware of the breadth of the SMART city plans?
- What implications are there when government and big business partner? Who holds the power?
- Who holds the global corporates and structures accountable?
- How do community members have a say in a purported democracy?
- And what level of control will this usher in? Who will be in charge and what does it mean for humanity?

How the UN is connected to the increasing pressure on NZ farmers
Interview with New Zealand Farmer Jaspreet Boparai
Jaspreet Boparai is a 44 Yr old farming mum and wife, who manages a 1200 cow farm in Western Southland at the very bottom of the South Island of New Zealand.
Jaspreet and her husband, ex - bankers migrated to New Zealand in 2009 from Punjab, India’s wheat basket and their love of the land runs deep.
We discuss the pressures NZ farmers are currently facing; including pine forestry, multinational ownership of farms, increasing taxes, the carbon credit industry which has led to environmental destruction as seen in the recent cyclone Gabrielle.
Jaspreet has a family lineage working for the UN peacekeepers, and she outlines the legacy of the UN through its interventions, and its support of the Green Revolution which has decimated the land in a number of countries.
Jaspreet has watched with dismay as the same interventions started rolling out in NZ, and she decided to stand up and fight locally. She was voted into her local Council, and takes seriously the obligation she has to represent the people on the land. She is a member of Voices For Freedom and has a number of videos documenting the UN and its increasing control of every countries sovereignty.
