How to Make Orange Honey Glazed Turkey
Celebrating is even sweeter when your Thanksgiving turkey is roasted with a honey and orange glaze.
Get ready to make this juicy and flavorful recipe by shop for your Thanksgiving turkey and all of the veggies, herbs and glaze ingredients at https://shop.gianteagle.com/recipes/o...
00:03 prepping the carrots
00:14 making the orange honey glaze
00:22 seasoning the turkey
00:49 brushing on the glaze
01:00 roasting the turkey
01:14 sautéing carrots in the pan drippings
By brushing your turkey with a blend of orange juice, orange marmalade, honey and butter you give your turkey a delicious skin with sweetness in every bite.
For even more hints of citrus a mixture of carrots, thyme, chicken stock and butter is roasted under the turkey.
Make this turkey recipe part of your happy Thanksgiving.
How to Cook Turkey:
Adjust oven rack to lowest position; preheat oven to 325°F.
In large roasting pan, stir carrots, 5 sprigs thyme, stock, ¾ cup orange juice and ¼ cup melted butter.
In small bowl, stir marmalade, honey and remaining 2 tablespoons orange juice.
Place roasting rack in roasting pan over carrot mixture.
Remove giblets, liver and neck from turkey cavity.
Place turkey, breast side up, on rack in pan; sprinkle inside cavity with ½ tablespoon each salt and pepper and stuff with orange.
With fingers, gently separate skin from breast meat; stuff remaining ¼ cup softened butter under skin.
Sprinkle outside of turkey with remaining ½ tablespoon each salt and pepper; spread with ¼ cup honey mixture.
If not already secured, tie legs together with kitchen string and tuck wing tips under turkey to hold in place. Tent turkey loosely with aluminum foil; roast 1-½ hours.
Remove foil; brush turkey with 3 tablespoons honey mixture. Roast 2½ to 3 hours or until juices run clear and internal temperature reaches 160°F in thickest part of thigh, making sure thermometer doesn't touch bone, brushing with remaining honey mixture every 45 minutes and turning pan to brown evenly.
If bottom of pan looks dry, add 1 cup stock or water; if turkey is browning too quickly, tent loosely with foil. Transfer turkey to cutting board; loosely cover with foil and let stand 30 minutes. (Internal temperature will rise 5 to 10° upon standing.)
Heat large skillet over medium heat; with slotted spoon, transfer carrots from roasting pan to skillet. Add remaining 1 tablespoon chopped thyme and ¼ cup pan drippings; cook 2 minutes or until carrots are glazed, stirring frequently. Transfer to serving platter. Makes about 4 cups.
Carve turkey; serve with carrots garnished with orange quarters and thyme sprigs, if desired.

Cider Roasted Turkey Breast
This is what fall should taste like. Fresh, roasted turkey breast cooked in an apple cider, chicken stock and traditional herbs and veggies.
00:03 - prepping the apple cider cooking liquid
00:08 - mixing the garlic butter rub
00:26 - making the apple cider gravy
SHOP THE FULL RECIPE: https://shop.gianteagle.com/recipes/c...
While the cider and turkey are the stars of the show, this turkey breast recipe has plenty more flavor. Along with the apple cider and chicken stock, we roast the turkey breast with onions and carrots.
To infuse even more fall flavor, we rub the turkey breast with a creamy mixture of butter, garlic, thyme and sage.
Then, to top it all off, we strain the cooking liquid, add salt, bring it to a boil and stir in corn starch to create an apple cider gravy you have to try.

Crispy Prosciutto and Green Beans
Sometimes side dishes are the mot exciting part of the meal. That can certainly be the case when your green bean recipe features crispy bites of salty prosciutto.
SHOP THE RECIPE: https://shop.gianteagle.com/recipes/c...
00:03 sautéing the prosciutto
00:13 sautéing the green beans
00:21 adding red wine vinegar
00:27 adding the almonds
Green beans and prosciutto are a winning combination on their own, but this side is amplified by more flavor from these ingredients…
INGREDIENTS
Green beans
Prosciutto
Red wine vinegar
Almonds
Butter
Olive oil
Salt & pepper
If that looks like a can’t-miss list, we haven’t even gotten to the best part…these green beans only take a skillet and a few minutes to make.
The first step is to sauté the prosciutto in oil until it’s nice and crispy, then transfer it briefly to a plate. Then cook the green beans in oil for a few minutes before adding the red wine vinegar and cooking it down so the beans soak in the flavor. Last, add the butter and almonds for a smooth, nutty finish. And add the crispy prosciutto back in to complete the dish.

Holiday Hot Cocoa Dip Recipe
Nothing hits the spot quite like hot chocolate. Now you can share that feeling at holiday parties and other cold-weather get-togethers with this brilliant dessert dip idea.
Hot cocoa dip is made with everything you love about a cup of hot chocolate—rich chocolate, milk, marshmallows and whipped cream—but there’s more to this dessert dip than that. Those luscious ingredients are mixed with cream cheese and chocolate pudding powder and served with strawberries and other fruit, graham crackers, pretzels or anything else that goes well with a decadent holiday dip.
It’s sweet and smooth and, most importantly, chocolatey. And if you somehow don’t finish it, store it in an air-tight container in your fridge for a few days. Our guess is it won’t take long for the leftovers to disappear. Then you’ll just have to make more cocoa dip.
HOT CHOCOLATE DIP INGREDIENTS
3 cups Jet Puffed mini marshmallows (divided)
1 pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, cubed, softened
1 pkg Jell-O chocolate flavor instant pudding
1 cup milk
1 tub Cool Whip whipped topping, thawed, divided
1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate finely chopped, divided
HOW TO MAKE HOT CHOCOLATE DIP
Microwave 2 cups marshmallows in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 1 min or until marshmallows are completely melted when stirred
Add cream cheese, beat with mixer until blended
Add dry pudding mix; mix well. Gradually add milk, mixing well after each addition
Whisk in 2½ cups Cool Whip and ½ cup of chopped chocolate
Spoon dip into serving bowl. Add remaining cool whip; swirl gently with spoon to marbleize
Serve warm for the full hot chocolate effect or refrigerate for one hour to get all the flavors of hot chocolate in a cool dip.
Top with remaining chocolate and marshmallows before serving

How to Make London Broil with Loaded Potato Cakes
London broil is one of those great recipes that sounds more complicated than it is. As you can see with this London broil recipe, it’s actually an easy dish to master.
London broil is a filling meal you can enjoy any time of year. And it’s versatile enough to go with your favorites vegetables and starches on the side. In this recipe we pair it with Brussels sprouts and potato cakes that are loaded with cheese , bacon and green onions.
Shop the recipe today at https://shop.gianteagle.com/recipes/l...
00:10 making the potato cakes
00:30 seasoning the meat
00:35 cooking the meat
00:45 slicing the meat
00:50 plating the London broil and potato cakes
What Is London Broil?
London broil is typically made with top round—or another thick cut of meat of your choosing—which is marinated and broiled over high heat until it’s medium-rare. Then it’s sliced thin against the grain and served.
The name suggests British origins, but London broil is actually a product of Philadelphia. The reason for its name is uncertain, but some believe “London” was attached as a way to give the dish more status—hence the myth that it’s complicated to make. If you ask us the taste and tenderness accomplish that just fine.

Three Cheese Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Take the mashed potatoes you love and turn them into the cheesy mashed potatoes that can serve as an exciting Thanksgiving side or a standby for weeknight meals. Gruyère, Parmesan and cream cheese provide smooth, nutty and creamy complements to mashed potatoes that are extra creamy thanks to a swirl of heavy cream.
The cheesiness is enough to take your regular mashed potatoes over the top, but that’s not all this exquisite side dish does better. It’s also an example of garlic at its greatest.
The secret to making your garlic mashed potatoes more garlicky is to add garlic cloves to the water when you’re boiling the potatoes.

How to Make Tagliatelle with Fresh Spinach and Salmon - Recipe in description
Watch our video tutorial to learn how you can make this delicious Tagliatelli with Spinach and Salmon!
Preparation time: approx. 20 minutes
Level of difficulty: normal
Calories p.p.: not specified
Ingredients for 3 portions:
600 g fresh tagliatelle, (optionally 200-250 dried pasta)
500 g fresh leaf spinach
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp instant stock
125 ml water
1 pack smoked salmon, sliced, or even fresh
1 cup Cremefine or sour cream
1 tsp cornflour
2 tbsp canola oil or another refined oil
Salt and pepper
Nutmeg
Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the pack - remember: fresh pasta needs only 2-3 minutes (so watch your timing!)
Remove the stems from the spinach (as far as the leaves) and wash thoroughly. Remove sand and grit the easy way from spinach by steeping it in water rather than just running it under the tap. Cut the onion into rings, add oil to a high-sided frying pan with a lid and cook over a low to medium heat until translucent (do not fry). Mix stock with water and add to the pan (alternatively use wine instead of stock). Chop the garlic into very small pieces and add to the pan. Now add the spinach. Add it gradually, although it wilts quickly so that you can add more if the pan is not large enough.
Cut the smoked salmon into pieces and add as soon as the spinach has completely wilted. You can also use fresh salmon instead of smoked salmon: dice in the same way and add to the pan still raw.
Remove some liquid and mix with the cornflour in a cup until it dissolves. Add this mixture to the pan, along with the cup of Cremefine or sour cream. Season with pepper, salt and (preferably freshly ground) nutmeg. Drain the pasta, mix in the sauce and serve.
