Planks are literally the easiest but hardest thing!

If you can get a foam roller with texture, those are the best!

How is your self talk? What are you feeding into your subconscious? It all matters!

This core exercise NEEDS to be added to your routine! Like I said this is what I would consider an intermediate exercise. Meaning if you are new to the gym or haven’t been in a while, I would spend tome doing planks and more stability work before doing this. If you feel this is an appropriate level for you but have never done this before, try doing the exact same movement but with no added weight. If you can do it no problem, next week incorporate some added resistance 🙏🏾💪🏽

Remember, one of the best ways to develop the upper chest is to perform incline Movements. Focus on feeling the muscle work. Building a mind to muscle connection (mentally feeling the muscles work) is key!

This one adjustment can help reduce muscle imbalances and keep your posture optimal!
