Make super-cool cartoon spoons for Spoonville. All you need is a wooden spoon, paint, foam and some time on your hands. Get creative!

Nice railway sign. You need a boom gate to go with that? Follow these instructions and you'll have a gate weighted to open and close at 45 degrees. Oh, and watch for the unbridled happy-dance at the end!

Your kid is into trains? You are, too? Of course you are! Why are you just sitting there idle when you could be making your own crossing sign? But, if that's not enough, stay tuned for the boom gate for the full ensemble.

It's surprisingly easy to create these masks. Most of the time spent was waiting for the paint to dry. Even then, it was done in a day! Add a hat to make a rat, use more glue to get a shrew, a camisole to make a mole... maybe not. Get some foam, glue, paint, a knife and some imagination, and you'll end up with a super cool mask.
