What is this file? WEBM files are like MP4/AVI/MOV except they allow transparency, like gifs (but better).

People have asked to see an example of this plugin / shader I'm working on for OBS. Here you go. I'll have more posted soon. I'd ultimately like to make a set branded to Rumble, and release that set to the Rumble creators.

OBS Transition effect sample "GamersError Watery Drain"
