We wrap up Jim's build and wave goodbye as it gets driven away. Soon after, we go down to the other shop. We unwrap, and bring SLTHRR N home.

We head out to Miller's and start the body and paint process. Full video coming soon.

We do our best to put a bow on the Gen 3 Coyote and Ron Francis wiring harness. We work towards hooking up the scann tool to make sure it communicates with our Ford ECU.

We walk around the car and point out all of the parts and systems we finished or upgraded.

Cold start of our 1995 Ford Powerstroke Diesel lovingly called "The Workbench". Blew the dust off this past week and took the Workbench out for a few hot laps and picked up some power steering fluid for a project in the shop. Enjoy!

We tackle the last remaining items on Jim's Mk4. We lube the entire suspension, corner weight the car and finish off some of the interior details.

Wiring? We love this stuff. Gauge sensors get wired up along with the main battery cables.

Well, not really. But it's got to get done so we trudge forward and continue with the marriage of the Ford Coyote Gen 3 Control Pack wiring and the Ron Francis chassis harness.

We're ready. It's time to put fire to Jim's Big Block Ford. Everything doesn't go perfectly but we persevere and get the engine started and running.

We continue work on Jim's Factory Five Racing Mk4 finishing up the wiring and readying the car for the first (re)start. We also throw in a handy tool tip in the middle of the video, so make sure to watch for that.

After quite a few years of use, we run down the installation and updates to our high lift shop door and the operator used to let it do it's thing.

We iron out all of the routing of the heater hoses and upper radiator hose for our cooling system. Along with the surge tank hose to our radiator and engine block.

We dive behind the dash of Jim's Mk4 to clean up some of the wiring but get a little sidetracked since the steering shaft won't come loose.

We finish up the fuel system in the front of the car, installing a new fuel filter. New oil pressure and coolant temperature sensors for the gauges get installed. And finally, the new Canton oil pan gets installed. We end with some custom, one-piece spacers for our door strikes.

We have unwelcomed visitors in the shop. We help you identify where they are getting in and how to get rid of them. Plus+ our battery whoa's continue on Jim's Mk4. We take a trip to our battery shop to solve this issue, once and for all. After running into issue replacing the front steering rack bellows, we dive into the front-end alignment on Jim's Factory Five Racing Mk4 Roadster.

After getting the Afco radiator back after pressure esting, it's time to get this all put back together. New upper and lower rad mount with a new fan shroud as well. Might as well get the rad hoses all squared away as well.

We start on the wiring for our 25th Anniversary Mk4's Ford Control Pack for our Gen 3 Coyote.

We attach the cooling system for our 25th Anniversary car. And although we didn't finish it all, we made a big dent in it.

Glove box, wipers, Ford Control Pack and heater all have to share the same real estate. We think we've come up with a way to make them all play nicey, nice.

Brake reservoirs get installed and plumbed. We then go through the bleeding process for the front and rear Wilwood brakes. We wrap up by bleeding the hydraulic clutch system.............. after a bit of problem solving.

We start work on relocating the battery in Jim's Mk4 to the front of the car under the hood. We use a product for Breeze Automotive to do so.

We remove the oil pan to replace the gasket and hopefully stop the leaks. It doesn't go well.
