You may not have a lot of equipment for your home workout, but if you have a band, you can do plenty. There aren't a million exercises for the hamstrings, but almost any cable exercise can be replicated.

Skaters (What a Legit Exercise)
Skaters are one of those exercises I probably slept on for far too long. Then I realized, what's wrong with you. Get out there and go skate. I love adding a med ball with it to increase difficulty and get the abs and arms going. Throw these into a circuit to get the heart rate up or improve stability and explosiveness.
