Describing the thought process for weight selection in 2-board bench press.

Real simple exercise but for me, this is working on what I struggle with the most in my competition deadlift. Tightening up the lats and bracing before the beginning of the movement is the deadlift in a nutshell. The deficit just increases the range of motion and makes the beginning harder. 2 board bench press. 305 lbs for 10 reps. I think this was my third set out of four. This works a particularly weak range of motion for me and is a bit easier on my shoulders. Thanks and have a good day.
