Another hatha class, focusing on spine mobility and strength

Just over an hour of me teaching traditional hatha, with a focus on spine strength and mobility. An introduction to basic pranayama at the start, a full warm-up, a surya namaskar (Harry style) and a short guiided meditation at the end, in savasana.

A discussion of the possible common source for Patanjali's Yamas (the first of the eight limbs of yoga) and five of the more useful of the ten commandments of Moses. We look at the utility of both and discuss their benefits to society at large.
