According to dr. Joel Rudman, sudden deaths used to be very rare. During his whole career as a physician, he experienced only one patient in total who died suddenly prior to 2021. In sharp contrast, during the last year or two "it seems like we've heard dozens of these stories among people that we know, friends of ours, so something is going on." Normally, people die over a period of time and don't just drop dead suddenly and unexpectedly without an obvious cause (such as a car accident or a gunshot). February 14th, 2023. High school basketball player Henry Price collapsed during a conference playoff game. He laid motionless on the court and was initially attended to by Rocky River trainer Wesley Hickling. The gym was quickly cleared out, and medics used an AED, or automated external defibrillator, on site before he was taken away by ambulance. He stayed in a local hospital intensive care unit overnight as doctors monitored his heart, his mother, Tasha Price, said the day after. Henry had an MRI to help determine next steps. In a House Committee on Oversight and Accountability hearing of (former) Twitter executives held on February 8th, 2023, Representative Nancy Mace is livid, and rightfully so, at the rampant censorship that Twitter and other Big Tech media companies employed. Mace was injured by the second dose of the COVID jab. Her injuries include asthma, tremors in her left hand, heart pain. No doctor can explain, let alone cure, her injuries despite a battery of tests. She says, "I have great regrets about getting the shot, because of the health issues that I now have that I don't think are ever going to go away and I know that I am not the only American who has those concerns." February 11, 2023. Belgian soccer goal keeper Arne Espeel stopped a penalty kick during a competition match, kicked the ball away because it was still in play, and then suddenly collapsed and died. The New Post reports: "Emergency services rushed to help Espeel and tried to revive him with a defibrillator, but he was pronounced dead shortly after he was taken to a hospital. THE 20 LESSONS 1. INSIGHT: Most people would rather be in the majority than be right. LESSON: Although the majority is sometimes right, don't assume something is right merely because the majority believes it. 2. INSIGHT: A significant percentage of people have strong authoritarian conditions, and these will emerge under the right conditions. LESSON: Resist the urge to force other to conform to your own beliefs, actions and behaviors. Be bold and courageous in facing up against those who do. 3. INSIGHT: Fear of death is rivaled only be the fear of social disapproval, in fact the latter could be stronger. LESSON: It's natural to want to fit in, but don't let this crush your individuality and your spirits, and don't allow that social pressure to cause you to do things that go against your own values and principles and what you know to be correct. 4. INSIGHT: Propaganda is just as effective today as it was a 100 years ago. Access to limitless information has not made the average person any wiser. LESSON: Strengthen yourself against negative manipulation and avoid deliberate attempts at hysteria and division simply by being aware of its existence and recognizing that every single day, you're being flooded with that information. 5. INSIGHT: Anything and everything that can be politicized can and will be by the government, the media and activists. LESSON: When everything is politicized, it becomes a thief of joy, a thief of individuality and prevents your from thinking clearly. 6. INSIGHT: Some politicians and corporations will sacrifice human lives if it's conducive to their politics and their financial aspirations. LESSON: Like most entities, large governments and corporations act in their own interest. Sometimes those interests align with what your interests are and what is best for the general population, but oftentimes, it does not. This is something we have to be cautious of and constantly be vigilant about. 7. Even many who are vocal critics of the government. Many people's SAY they distrust the government, but their ACTIONS betray their WORDS. Don't make the mistake of never trusting the government, but always be skeptical and question the motives of various entities. Everyone who paid attention to what happening during the 'pandemic' should have become more libertarian. Individual liberty, personal responsibility and equal and fair treatment under the law are essential. It should not be the role of the government to run your life. Their job is to respect your rights and not to infringe upon your liberties, not to tell you what to do, when you can go outside, who you can talk to, and whether or not it's okay to hug your grandma. LESSON: The government is not your daddy, not your mummy, not your friend. Like most entities it acts in its own self-interest. 8. INSIGHT: Once people have made up their mind most people would rather commit to being wrong, than admit they were wrong. Instead they say, "The science has changed". We need to be able to separate ourselves and identity from our ideas and not deem every question or debate or criticism about an idea as a personal attack. People who do that, tend to dig in their heels and are unable to admit a mistake. LESSON: When you are presented with better information or arguments, it's good to change your mind. 9. INSIGHT: Humans can be trained to quickly and significantly alter their behaviors for better or for worse. People have rapidly gotten used to the new abnormal (mask wearing, medical coercion, paper please society, etc.) and now don't want to change back. LESSON: Use your ability for rapid condition and habit forming to make positive changes rather than negative ones. 10. INSIGHT: When sufficiently frightened, most people will not only ACCEPT authoritarianism, but they will DEMAND it. LESSON: Fearful people are easily manipulated and taken advantage of. If you want to be able to think clearly, you have to be able to keep your emotions, especially fear, in check. This is even more the case if fear is intentionally being pushed upon you. 11. INSIGHT: People who are dismissed as 'conspiracy theorists' are often well-researched and simply ahead of the mainstream narrative. LESSON: Be open-minded. Pay attention to different sources and listen to different viewpoints, even people who, at the time, may sound a little bit crazy. Because sometimes, there could just be something they know that you know. Yesterday's conspiracy theories are often today's news. 12. INSIGHT: Many people value safety and security more than they value freedom and liberty, even if the 'safety' is merely an illusion. Expression: 'Feels' over 'reals'. Feelings trump facts in many people. LESSON: Freedom and liberty are rare. These are very hard things to come by and they're easily lost when people do not value it and defend it in the way that they need to. Once you lose freedom and liberty, it's extraordinarily difficult to get them back without a fight. Be very, very careful about what you give away. 13. This is basically a repeat of point 9. Hedonic adaptation occurs in both directions, and once inertia sets in, it is difficult to get people back to 'normal'. So make sure you're moving forwards, not backwards. Make positive adaptations, not negative ones. 14. INSIGHT: A significant percentage of people enjoy being subjugated. "It's hard to free people from the chains that they revere." ― Voltaire. (Note: Voltaire used to word 'fools' instead of 'people'.) LESSON: People can become psychologically addicted to being dominated, subjugated and controlled. So don't assume that everyone values freedom and liberty the same way that you do. 15. INSIGHT: "Follow the science", "Trust the 'experts'". The Science™ has evolved a secular pseudo-religion for millions of people. It has nothing to do with the scientific method and more akin to a dogma. If you cannot question it and are not allowed to challenge it, it's not science, but dogma. The rituals around for example mask-wearing, feel like security theater. LESSON: Human beings are always going to believe in something. Don't outsource your capacity to think to politicians, bureaucrats, 'experts', 'scientists', or anyone else. Do your own thinking and if it doesn't make sense, don't go along with it. 16. INSIGHT: Most people care more LOOKING like they're doing the right thing than ACTUALLY doing the right thing. Whether something is good in reality should be more important than whether it sounds or feels good. Because people want to look like the good guy, they often propose things that are destructive. LESSON: Before taking an action, especially one that impacts other people, consider if what you are doing is right, or if it's merely what appears and feels like it's right. Focus on ideas that actually do good, not on those that merely seem to do good. 17. INSIGHT: Politics, media, science and the health care industry are all corrupt to some degree. Journalists, scientists and doctors can be bought just in the same way that politicians can. Even good people can be corrupted in an environment of strong corrupting incentives. The right scientists and doctors are viewed by many as deities. Whatever they claim is to be taken as gospel, and you are not allowed to question or challenge it. 'Credentialism' is the tendency for people to claim that you cannot even say basic things unless you have a degree in that subject. For example, only people who have a degree in biology are allowed to answer the question, What is a woman? Another example: Only meteorologists are allowed to make claims about whether or not it is currently raining. LESSON: Corruption exists in every field. Human beings are imperfect and no sector is immune to perverse incentives. Never go along with something, merely because it's coming from 'authority' or 'expert'. 18. INSIGHT: If you make people comfortable enough, they will not revolt. You can keep millions of people docile as you strip their rights, by giving them food, money and entertainment. LESSON: Recognize that comfort can be a cage. Humans tend to seek the path of least resistance. However, if you want to live a fulfilling life, and be free and remain free, sometimes you have to take the path of greater resistance in the short term. You have to have a small fight now to avoid a much bigger fight later one. INSIGHT: Modern day people are complacent and lack vigilance in defending their freedoms from government overreach. LESSON: Don't take your freedom for granted. Bad things that have happened in the past can absolutely happen again in various ways. It's much better to nip them in the bud and to allow them to grow and blossom into something ugly. 20. INSIGHT: It's easier to fool a person than to convince them they've been fooled. LESSON: Nobody likes to be wrong, but when you're wrong it's much better to admit it and accept a little bit of pain in the short term, than to double down. We follow the science... but only the 'science' that we can (ab)use to support our desired policies. Two weeks ago, an update to the Cochrane Review 'Physical interventions to interrupt or reduce the spread of respiratory viruses', was published. https://www.cochranelibrary.com/cdsr/doi/10.1002/14651858.CD006207.pub6/full The authors conclude: "The pooled results of RCTs did not show a clear reduction in respiratory viral infection with the use of medical/surgical masks. There were no clear differences between the use of medical/surgical masks compared with N95/P2 respirators in healthcare workers when used in routine care to reduce respiratory viral infection." Said differently, masks are medically ineffective in real world trials. Looking at all the available evidence, there is not even a small signal that masks have any medical benefit against respiratory 'infections'. Mask zealots will claim that absence of evidence of efficacy is not the same as evidence of inefficacy. This is only true if no high quality unbiased research has been done, but this is not the case here. 'Scientists' did everything in their power to make face masks seem effective, and still they failed. Note that the Cochrane Review is considered the Gold Standard, because it is a meta-analysis of Randomized Controlled Trials. Whether these reviews were the gold standard or still are is absolutely debatable, especially when RANDOMIZED controlled trials in many cases should be renamed to RESULTS controlled trials. The 'scientists' involved in these trials do everything in their power to get the trial to show a certain effect. For example, that a highly profitable medication is necessary, safe and effective, or that an unprofitable medication is unsafe and/or ineffective. The Science™ is marketing and propaganda disguised as the scientific method. 'Health' institutions always claim to follow the science, but nothing could be further from the truth. They use science as a pretext for whatever policy they want. Members of the COVID cult believe the following: A meta-analysis of high quality RCT's is merely the Gold Standard. The Platinum Standard is any claim by the Holy Representatives of The Science™, such as Walensky and Fauci. Rochelle Walensky dismisses the results of the Cochrane Review, because (1) SARS-CoV-2 is supposed to have presymptomatic spread (i.e. that you can transmit the pathogen before you experience symptoms) and (2) adherence to mask wearing in the trials was imperfect. The claim about presymptomatic spread has never been adequately proven for any respiratory 'infection'. In fact, NOTHING about the pseudo-science virology is adequately proven. Regardless, even if there is presymptomatic spread, masks are still ineffective, and the benefits definitely don't exceed the costs. Even if masks were effective at stopping the spread, this would be undesirable, because this spread leads to naturally acquired immunity, i.e. a free self-spreading natural vaccine which is vastly superior to any artificial vaccine.
