I Had NO Idea This Spiked Blood Sugar
Justin Richard's Channel: https://www.youtube.com/@insulinresistant1
Signos continuous glucose monitor: https://bit.ly/cgmsignos
Find out about the food that causes the most significant blood sugar spike in this fascinating interview with Justin Richard.
0:00 Welcome, Justin Richard!
1:56 Justin’s health history
4:58 Which food’s effect on blood sugar surprised you the most?
13:26 Other factors that affect blood sugar
16:57 Buffering the insulin response
20:14 Tips to avoid junk food
22:30 Impactful dietary changes
33:28 Highly processed foods
35:16 Choosing a continuous glucose monitor
Justin Richard has collected a wealth of information using a continuous glucose monitor to experiment with different foods and their effect on his blood sugar. He explains how monitoring your glucose can help you stay healthy, too!
Justin has a family history of type 2 diabetes, so he wanted to learn more about insulin resistance to prevent the same fate. He noticed his energy levels diminishing in his late 40s, especially after eating certain foods, so he began using a CGM (continuous glucose monitor) to investigate.
When he first experimented with the CGM, Justin followed his typical diet, which consisted of many highly processed foods. These foods elevated his blood sugar, and it remained elevated for quite some time.
Anytime you eat, especially carbs, your blood sugar rises. Depending on the type of food, you'll experience either a slight or dramatic rise.
Justin was surprised by the effect white flour, bread, and whole wheat bread had on his blood sugar. He explains that there is a minimal difference between white bread and whole wheat products when it comes to blood sugar. Ezekiel bread has the lowest impact on Justin’s blood sugar.
Justin explains that stress and lack of sleep significantly increase his fasting blood glucose. Eating close to bedtime leaves his blood sugar high for 6 to 7 hours.
Justin recommends eating carbs with protein, fat, and fiber. This slows down the rate of digestion, lowering the blood sugar spike after eating. Apple cider vinegar mixed in water also slows digestion and significantly lowers a blood sugar spike.
Justin suggests these tips to eliminate bad food choices and bad eating habits:
1. Don’t go to the grocery store hungry
2. Say no to junk food at the grocery store
3. Go for a walk after a large meal
4. Don’t consume sweets after a meal or when you wake up
Justin uses a Signos continuous glucose monitoring device and highly recommends it!

The Most DANGEROUS Way to Lose a LOT of Fat
Is fasting dangerous? Find out about dry vs. wet fasting for weight loss.

2:07 The truth about water
3:05 How to do dry fasting
3:40 Water fasting vs. dry fasting
4:38 Tips for doing dry fasting
5:25 How to end a fast
Today, I’m going to share some of the amazing benefits of dry fasting and water fasting There are over 50 genes that protect us from famine and drought and produce many health benefits. Fasting can help you lose weight, burn fat, and live longer. It helps improve cardiovascular health and can improve your blood sugars.
A study involving birds compared birds who ate food and drank water, birds who only drank water, and birds who were essentially dry fasting as they flew across the desert. The group of dry-fasting birds generated 6 times more water than the group of birds that drank water! The dry-fasting birds also burned more fat.
When fat is burned with oxygen from the air, it turns into water. The idea that we need massive amounts of water was developed from a campaign that terrified us of dehydration! You don’t need to overdo it with water; you just need to drink when you’re thirsty.
Dry fasting is a useful tool for weight loss, but you want to ensure you do it correctly for the most fasting benefits. Follow a low-carb diet for a while before trying dry fasting. Once your body is adapted to fat burning, you’ll find that fasting is much easier.
Try water fasting before attempting dry fasting. If you’re water fasting, you can consume water, electrolytes, supplements, and sea salt. If you’re dry fasting, you don’t consume anything.
One day of dry fasting is equal to three days of water fasting! Dry fasting turns off digestion and allows the kidneys time to rest, allowing your body to switch into repair mode.
After your fast, begin eating gradually, starting with liquids. Kefir and bone broth are good choices to break your fast.

REAL Reason You’re Not Losing Weight
Are you struggling with weight loss, or have you hit a plateau? Find out about the REAL reason you’re not losing weight.

2:10 How can you lower insulin?
2:32 The real reason why you’re not losing weight
4:30 Natural weight loss solutions
5:20 The best fasting pattern for weight loss
5:56 Dry fasting
Today, I’m going to share some of the not-so-common reasons why you might be struggling to lose weight fast.
Insulin is at the heart of a slow metabolism. Ultra-processed foods like chips and Cheez-Its have 0 sugars but contain carbs with very little fiber. They also contain starches—strings of sugars connected together.
Starches act like sugar in the body, but worse! They are higher on the glycemic index, so they cause a higher blood sugar spike than sugar. Seed oils can also cause problems with insulin, affecting weight loss. Stress and lack of sleep can also affect weight loss.
So, how do you fix an insulin problem?
•Reduce sugar and starch consumption
•Stop snacking
•Exercise
•Get more sleep
It takes 24-48 hours to get into ketosis. If you have a glass of wine one night and then just one piece of bread the next, you are not going to be in ketosis.
Sometimes, your eating plan is working, and you just don’t know it yet. If your hunger is gone and your energy levels are high, your diet is working; you just need to give it more time.
Overtraining, poor sleep quality, and certain medications can also interfere with weight loss.
The following natural solutions can help reduce insulin and boost weight loss:
•Berberine
•Apple cider vinegar (ACV)–1 tablespoon in a glass of water
•Vitamin D–10,000 IU or a half hour of sunlight daily
•Healthy Keto diet with intermittent fasting
Once you’ve adjusted to a 16-hour fasting and 8-hour eating window, try switching to an 18-hour fasting window with a 6-hour eating window. You can even work up to 23 hours of fasting with a 1-hour eating window to boost weight loss.
Dry fasting can also speed up weight loss. Don’t eat or drink anything from sunrise to sunset for 12 hours of dry fasting.

This Can't Be Real...Magic
Find out about the sore throat remedy that can provide relief within 60 seconds!
Check out Dr. Berg's Massage Tool Here: 🛒 https://drbrg.co/3L4A3wm
0:00 Introduction: How to get rid of a sore throat fast!
0:42 Fascial connection to sore throat
1:33 Sore throat relief technique
2:59 Please share your results!
Today, I’m going to share step-by-step instructions for an amazing technique that's one of the best sore throat remedies I've found.
To perform this technique, find the area of dysfunction and work on the opposite side. This remedy seems to work by affecting the fascia in the back of the neck to create space in the front. This also allows you to control the pitch and volume of speaking and singing more easily.
Here’s how to relieve a sore throat step-by-step:
1. Locate where the problem is
2. Draw a circle to the same spot on the opposite side of the neck
3. Press with 2 fingers on the spot while holding the head
4. Hold for 1 to 2 minutes
Find the most tender spot! Asses if the tenderness moved up or down after implementing the technique. If so, try again on the most tender area. This sore throat remedy helps improve circulation and space in the area. You can even perform this on yourself with my special tool!

Milk Can Kill You?!
RECOMMENDED RAW MILK CHEESE PRODUCTS HERE: https://www.meadowcreekdairy.com/
Recent claims have caused concerns about raw milk and raw milk cheese. Learn about the potential risks and benefits of raw milk and cheese and why knowing where your dairy products come from is essential.
0:00 Introduction: The truth about milk and raw dairy products
0:25 Is raw milk safe?
0:50 The truth about E. coli
1:25 Farm hygiene and unpasteurized milk quality
1:36 Raw milk vs. pasteurized milk
2:00 Benefits of raw milk and raw milk cheese
4:15 Selecting the perfect cheese
Many people believe that raw milk is the number one cause of pathogens in dairy, but is it the raw milk itself causing the problem, or is it contaminated milk? It's important to remember that just because something is pasteurized doesn't automatically make it safe.
It's also important to understand that E. coli is not just found in raw milk but can be present in pasteurized milk, too. In fact, we all have E. coli bacteria in our gut right now, which helps with digestion. The problem arises when certain strains of E. coli become pathogenic due to unsanitary conditions on the farm where the milk is produced.
This is why knowing where you're getting your dairy products from is crucial, and ensuring that the farm follows strict hygiene protocols. If proper precautions are taken and the farm is clean, raw milk can be a beneficial option.
One of the main benefits of consuming raw milk and raw milk cheese is that they contain enzymes that aid digestion. For example, lactase helps break down lactose (milk sugar) making it easier to digest for those intolerant to lactose. Raw dairy products also contain probiotic-friendly bacteria that support our immune system and gut health.
Research has shown that children who consume raw milk have lower incidences of asthma, allergies, ear infections, and respiratory infections than those who consume pasteurized milk.
Choosing high-quality raw dairy products from grass-fed cows also provides additional benefits, such as higher levels of essential minerals, including calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, and conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), which can aid in weight loss and have anti-inflammatory effects.
Of course, it's important to research and purchase grass-fed raw dairy products from a reputable source that prioritizes cleanliness.

0:00 Introduction: Hashimoto’s disease
0:46 Selenium benefits
1:08 Selenium-rich foods
1:21 Selenium and hypothyroidism
2:17 Selenium for the thyroid and your immune system
2:53 How many Brazil nuts per day for your thyroid?
Today, I’m going to tell you why two Brazil nuts each day may help with hypothyroid conditions. Most hypothyroid conditions are really Hashimoto’s disease, which is an autoimmune condition.
14 million people are diagnosed with Hashimoto’s each year in the US alone. Hashimoto’s puts you at risk for developing other types of autoimmune disease.
Selenium is a trace mineral needed in very small amounts. It’s involved in over 25 different genes related to antioxidants. It also has potent anti-inflammatory effects.
Selenium-rich foods include seafood, shellfish, organ meats, and Brazil nuts. Brazil nuts have the highest concentrations of selenium. Two Brazil nuts each day give you 200 mcg of selenium. Several randomized controlled trials found that selenium reduces the antibodies that attack the thyroid.
When thyroid-stimulating hormone increases, it does not connect with the thyroid, leading to a hypothyroid condition. Selenium can also help with this condition.
If you have Hashimoto’s hypothyroidism, lots of hydrogen peroxide is generated. Selenium helps to neutralize hydrogen peroxide. Selenium helps control the T helper cells, which orchestrate your immune response. It also feeds the T-reg cells, which help prevent autoimmune diseases.
Your brain, immune system, and reproductive system depend heavily on selenium, so sometimes, there’s not much left for the thyroid to function correctly. This may lead to Hashimoto’s symptoms, which include feeling tired, cold, weight gain, hair loss, and brittle hair.
Try eating two to four Brazil nuts daily to support your thyroid gland's health. Don’t do more than that because it’s possible to overdo it with selenium. In addition to selenium, ensure you’re getting enough sunlight or consume high doses of vitamin D3. Vitamin D3 can help regulate an overactive immune system.

Fasting Makes You Live Longer?
Does intermittent fasting affect longevity? Check out these fasting tips to help you access all of the benefits of fasting.
0:00 Introduction: Longevity and fasting
0:22 Six fasting mistakes
1:15 Protein while fasting
2:35 Cholesterol while fasting
3:18 What intermittent fasting pattern should I follow?
In this video, I’m going to tell you how to fast correctly for the most fasting benefits without any negative side effects. Fasting CAN help you live longer!
Fasting activates longevity genes, which reduce inflammation and help improve conditions like diabetes and prediabetes. They also protect the cells against disease.
Avoid making these 6 fasting mistakes that can destroy your results.
1. Fasting for too long
There are 2 types of fasting: intermittent fasting and prolonged fasting. Pay attention to how you feel when fasting. If you don't feel well, the fasting pattern is not right for you. You have to build up to a prolonged fast, and you don’t have to do OMAD to get fasting benefits.
2. Not getting enough dietary protein
The type and amount of protein in your diet are very important. Animal protein is the best! Red meat, eggs, lamb, fish, seafood, and organic pasture-raised chicken are the best sources of dietary protein.
When you do OMAD, your body becomes more efficient, and the requirement for protein decreases.
3. Avoiding cholesterol
You need cholesterol, especially when fasting. Cholesterol is needed to make hormones, tissues, bile acid, and more—so you need plenty of it! Egg yolks, liver, and shellfish are the best sources of cholesterol.
4. Forcing an intermittent fasting pattern that doesn’t work for you
Let your body tell you which fasting pattern will work for you. Pay attention to how you feel.
5. Too much exercise while fasting
For some people, exercising while fasting causes too much stress on the body. This can make it difficult to recover and cause muscle loss.
6. Not getting enough sleep can minimize the benefits of fasting.

The Problem with Modern Medicine
Did you know that nutritional deficiencies can cause debilitating health problems? Find out about the missing piece in modern medicine.
0:00 Introduction: Nutritional deficiencies and modern medicine
0:22 Neurasthenia
1:10 Tourette syndrome
1:55 Persecutory delusions
3:03 Restless legs syndrome
4:05 Panic, anxiety, worry
4:46 Sensation of impending doom
Today, we’ll discuss the importance of nutritional deficiencies. In modern medicine, many health problems are labeled “idiopathic” when they actually stem from nutritional deficiency.
These 6 devastating health conditions can be the result of nutritional deficiencies.
1. Neurasthenia
This is a condition in which your nervous system and brain are depleted, causing fatigue and mood problems. Vitamin B3 in the form of niacin can help with this problem. Try taking 500 mg for 3 days, gradually increasing to 1000 mg daily. Also, make sure you follow a healthy diet!
2. Tourette syndrome
Tourette syndrome is characterized by sudden involuntary movements and verbal outbursts. It may also be the result of a vitamin B3 deficiency. Niacinamide, a form of vitamin B3, is a potential solution for Tourette syndrome symptoms. Try taking 500 to 1000 mg of niacinamide per day.
3. Persecutory delusions
Persecutory delusions consist of various mental symptoms caused by a nutritional deficiency. Feeling that you will be harmed or mistreated, apathy, disorganized thoughts, lack of clarity, lack of focus, and hallucinations are the most common symptoms of this condition. Persecutory delusions may be caused by a vitamin B12 deficiency.
4. Restless legs syndrome
This condition is characterized by the urge to move your legs, especially when sleeping. This is either caused by a vitamin B1 deficiency or an iron deficiency. If you have an iron deficiency, your palms, inner eyelids, and nail beds will likely be pale.
5. Panic, anxiety, worry
These symptoms are typically worse when you’re going to bed. Constant panic, anxiety, and worry are often caused by a vitamin B1 deficiency, which is usually caused by consuming too many carbs.
6. Sensation of impending doom
This is a mental problem that makes you feel like something bad is going to happen. It can be caused by a vitamin D3 deficiency. Try taking 20,000 IU of vitamin D3 every day for a few months.

You Need to Take More of This
Is your body begging you for vitamin D? Find out the 7 signs of vitamin D deficiency and how to ensure you get enough of this crucial vitamin.
0:00 Introduction: Top signs you're deficient in vitamin D
1:03 Vitamin D testing explained
1:54 Benefits of vitamin D
2:00 Causes of low vitamin D
2:28 Vitamin D dosage
2:55 Important vitamin D cofactors
3:18 Prevent vitamin D toxicity
Daily dosing of vitamin D is crucial.
Here are the top symptoms of vitamin D deficiency:
1. High blood pressure
2. Lowered mood
3. Inflammation
4. Weak immune system
5. Sleep problems
6. Skin issues
7. Low back pain or muscle pain
Vitamin D is one of the most important vitamins for overall health. It’s essential to make sure you’re getting enough. Unless you’re taking vitamin D or are getting plenty of sunshine every 24 hours—you’re likely vitamin D deficient.
We also have to consider the factors that hinder vitamin D levels, such as:
• Obesity
• Insulin resistance
• Diabetes
• Lack of sun exposure
• Lack of vitamin D in the diet
• Aging
Consider taking 10,000 IU of vitamin D3 daily. If you’re worried about vitamin D toxicity, keep in mind that if you go out in the sun for only 30 to 45 minutes, you’re getting about 20,000 IU of vitamin D, so 10,000 IU is not much for your body to handle.
You should also get plenty of magnesium, zinc, vitamin K2, and boron when you take vitamin D.

How To CLEAN Your LIVER in 3 Days!
This liver cleanse is better than any I’ve ever talked about before. Find out how to detox your liver fast!
Video on TUDCA:
0:00 Introduction: How to cleanse the liver
0:10 Liver cleanses and detoxes
0:35 Liver detoxification
1:52 How to trigger autophagy
2:40 The best “liver cleanse”
3:14 Dry fasting benefits
5:00 Liver cleansing foods
6:30 Prevent negative liver detox reaction
8:05 Learn more about liver detoxification
Today, I’m going to show you how to cleanse your liver in just three days.
I’ve tested many different liver cleanses, and most have left me sick in bed. But what I’m going to share today is different.
This natural liver cleanse is also different from the liver detoxes and liver cleanses I’ve mentioned in the past, like apple cider vinegar, lemon, or ginger—it’s even better.
To support and speed up liver detoxification, we need to trigger autophagy.
The best ways to trigger autophagy:
1. Dry fasting
2. Water fasting
3. Calorie restriction
4. Sleep
5. Exercise
6. Keto diet
7. Phytonutrients
Dry fasting is one of the most powerful ways to trigger autophagy and truly cleanse the liver cells.
With dry fasting, you don’t consume any food or water. To cleanse the liver, you may want to consider dry fasting for a full day—starting at sunrise and ending at sunset.
The effects of just one day of dry fasting are equivalent to three days of water fasting.
Additional benefits of dry fasting:
• Enhanced immunity
• Liver and kidney support
• Mental clarity
• Decreased inflammation
When the sun sets, you’ll eat your one meal for the day, which should consist of meat and cruciferous vegetables. These foods are also great for cleaning the liver.
Try dry fasting for three days of the month (they don't need to be consecutive) and see how you feel.
Before you start dry fasting, take bile salts or TUDCA, consume beets, or drink apple cider vinegar with water to help thin your bile. This can help prevent any negative liver detox side effects.

Everyone IGNORES This Part of Their Body
Discover 9 fascinating facts about fascia, one of the most ignored parts of the body!

0:00 Introduction: What is fascia?
1:46 Anatomy of fascia
2:55 Fascia explained
5:17 The secret to restoring fascia
In this video, I’ll share 9 fascinating facts about fascia and the secret to keeping it healthy.
1. Fascia is the material that surrounds every muscle in the body.
2. Fascia gives the body posture and shape.
3. Fascia adapts to the environment.
4. Cells of the fascia or collagen are called fibroblasts. You have billions of these cells that can migrate through the body and lay down ground substance to allow lubrication and movement.
5. Fascia is highly involved with immune function. Myofascial release, massage, and trigger point therapy can help improve inflammatory conditions of the fascia, such as fibromyalgia and plantar fasciitis.
6. Fascia is stiffened by lack of movement. People often assume they have stiff muscles when they really have stiff fascia.
7. Your fascia extends throughout your entire body and is connected from head to toe. This is why you can often relieve pain associated with tight or inflamed fascia by fascial manipulation in other related parts of the body.
8. Fascia is innervated by tiny nerves that allow the body to know where it is in space, so it’s critical for balance and coordination.
9. Fascia can change in material properties and go from being very rigid to very elastic.
Dynamic motions in different directions can help restore fascia, so don’t do the same stretches and exercises repeatedly! High doses of vitamin D3, along with the cofactors vitamin K2, magnesium, zinc, and vitamin B6, also support your fascia's health.

Your Waist Size Is IMPORTANT!
Did you know that your waist circumference can predict your risk of severe health conditions more than your actual weight?
0:00 Introduction: Waist circumference and health
0:24 Visceral fat
1:13 Visceral fat vs. subcutaneous fat
2:44 Belly fat
3:06 Check out my video on how to get rid of visceral fat!
In this video, I’m going to tell you why your waist circumference is more important than your weight. A woman’s waist should be less than 35 inches, and a man’s should be less than 40 inches. Every inch increases the risk of premature death.
Visceral fat is fat that surrounds the organs and has several negative health consequences, including the following:
•Sends signals to increase inflammation in the body
•Contributes to insulin resistance
•Hard to detect
•2x-3x greater risk for heart disease
•Increases risk of cancer, especially of the breast and colon
Visceral fat is not the same as subcutaneous fat. Visceral fat is hormonal fat caused by cortisol or insulin. Consuming carbohydrates and frequent eating can spike insulin, leading to visceral fat.
After menopause, women often lose their waistline due to a shift in hormones. Estrogen and progesterone decrease while cortisol increases. This also contributes to a loss of muscle mass.
Body mass index (BMI) is not the best indicator of your overall health because it doesn’t reflect whether a person has significant muscle mass or fat.
Some belly fat looks like visceral fat but is actually related to cirrhosis of the liver.

DON'T DO THIS IF YOU'RE OVER 50!!!
Find out what supplements NOT to take and what supplements to take as you age, especially if you’re over 50.
0:00 Introduction: What to take and what not to take as you age
0:18 Iron supplements
0:30 Side effects of iron supplements
1:05 Calcium supplements
1:28 Hypercalcemia
1:50 Synthetic vitamin A
2:30 What supplements to take as you age
Today, I’m going to tell you about the best and the worst supplements to take as you age.
Let’s start with iron supplements. Our bodies do not have a good way of eliminating excess iron, which can damage the liver. Too much iron can increase your risk of infection and also deplete zinc. Donating blood can help eliminate excess iron.
If you have anemia, the best sources of iron are red meat, liver, grass-fed liver pills, or spleen extract.
Many people consume too much calcium, which can build up in the arteries and kidneys.
Synthetic vitamin A can cause damage to the liver, osteoporosis, and increased intracranial pressure.
Best vitamins to take as you age:
1. Vitamin C
2. Vitamin B3
3. Magnesium
4. Vitamin D
5. Vitamin K1
6. Vitamin K2
While most synthetic vitamins should be avoided, synthetic vitamin C can be beneficial under certain circumstances.

What BLOATING Really Means
Stomach bloating is one of the most common signs of a leaky gut. Find out how to get rid of bloating by addressing gut health.
0:00 Introduction: What is a leaky gut?
0:50 Leaky gut symptoms
1:27 What causes a leaky gut?
2:58 How to get rid of bloating and fix leaky gut
3:50 Fasting to fix leaky gut
Today, we’re going to talk about bloating, the number one symptom associated with a leaky gut. If you have a leaky gut, you have crevices and holes in your gut where food particles and substances can travel through without a stamp of approval from the immune system.
For example, if you have a leaky gut and egg protein gets through, your immune system will respond as if it’s a virus, bacteria, or pathogen. The next time you eat eggs, you could have an immune reaction.
If you have a leaky gut, you’ll notice new food allergies along with the following symptoms:
•Inflammation
•Joint pain
•Skin reactions (e.g. psoriasis, dermatitis)
•Headaches
The most damaging side effect of a leaky gut is the development of autoimmune conditions like Hashimoto’s.
To get rid of bloating, you’ll need to address the cause of a leaky gut. Check out the 7 most common causes of a leaky gut:
1. Vitamin D deficiency
2. Seed oils
3. Raw vegetables
4. Lectins
5. Fiber
6. Sugar
7. Gluten
Even if you correct your diet, you must ensure you have enough vitamin D to fix your leaky gut. Get plenty of sun without burning, or take 20,000 IU of vitamin D every day.
Glutamine is crucial for gut health. Red meat is the best source of glutamine. Cabbage, bone broth, eggs, and kefir are also good sources. Zinc is also important for gut health. Oysters, shellfish, seafood, and sea kelp are the best sources. Fasting gives your digestive system a chance to rest and repair if you have a leaky gut.

The BIGGEST LIE About Food
I’m sure you’ve heard that lard, butter, and red meat are bad for you, but what’s the truth? Find out about the biggest lie about food.
0:00 Introduction: The biggest lie about food
0:25 What is cholesterol?
0:44 What is saturated fat?
1:46 Dietary cholesterol
2:55 The truth about cholesterol
Let's talk about the truth about saturated fat and cholesterol.
Cholesterol is a type of fat made by the liver that's used to make cell membranes, hormones, and vitamin D.
Saturated fat is a type of fat that stays solid at room temperature, while unsaturated fat is liquid at room temperature. Coconut oil is 87% saturated fat, and lard is 47% saturated fat.
Dietary cholesterol has little effect on total cholesterol. Your body makes about 80% of your cholesterol. If you consume more cholesterol, your body will make less. If you consume less cholesterol, your body will make more.
It's okay to consume steak, lard, and butter. Cholesterol is only bad when combined with things like sugar, smoking, trans fats, and seed oils.

Aneurysms: The Silent Killer
Aneurysms can cause a stroke or even death. Learn about some common causes of aneurysms and how to prevent them.
0:00 Introduction
0:54 Types of aneurysms
1:52 Aneurysm causes
4:36 Preventing aneurysms
In this video, we’re going to talk about aneurysms. There are typically no early aneurysm symptoms or signs, so they often occur without warning.
An aneurysm is a bulging dilation of the vascular system. There are no symptoms until it ruptures, leading to a hole in the artery. If this occurs in the brain, it’s known as a brain aneurysm, which can cause a stroke.
Aneurysms can occur in the brain (brain aneurysm, intracranial aneurysm, cerebral aneurysm), around the heart and aorta (aortic aneurysm), in the kidney, and in other areas of the body. The thumb-to-palm test can indicate if you are at a higher risk of an aneurysm.
Some common aneurysm causes include the following:
•Smoking (4x greater risk)
•Chronic alcohol use
•Diabetes
•High sugar intake
•Seed oil consumption
•Dental bacteria
Anything that causes chronic inflammation or oxidation can weaken your arterial system and contribute to an aneurysm.
Consider any related health concerns to prevent aneurysms and support blood vessel health. If you have high blood pressure, increase your potassium, magnesium, and vitamin D intake. A low-carb diet can also help lower your blood pressure.
Sometimes, a copper deficiency can cause an aneurysm. Copper is necessary to help your body build collagen.
Here are a few other ways to prevent aneurysms:
• Avoid inflammatory foods
• Consume antioxidants
• Consume foods with omega-3s
• Increase vitamin D
• Exercise regularly

1 in 4 People Have This!!
Many people have liver toxicity and don't even know it! Discover the number 1 toxic liver remedy and the toxic liver symptoms to look out for.
0:00 Introduction: Toxic liver remedies
0:15 The first signs of liver problems
1:37 NAC explained
2:08 Antioxidants and free radical damage
4:05 How to make NAC more potent
In this video, we’re going to talk about the best remedy to support your liver health. It takes many years of damage before you’ll notice toxic liver symptoms. Some of the most common toxic liver symptoms include the following:
• Yellow eyes
• Yellow skin
• Nausea
• Vomiting
• Red dots on the skin
• Fatigue
One of the best toxic liver remedies is NAC (N-acetyl cysteine). This remedy helps counter the effects of alcohol, smoking, drugs like ibuprofen, chemotherapy, radiation, and chemicals found in the environment, such as herbicides, pesticides, insecticides, and fungicides.
NAC helps to replenish glutathione, a potent antioxidant that helps counter free radical damage.
NAC enhances phase 1 and phase 2 detoxification in the liver. This process takes fat-soluble poisons and turns them into harmless water-soluble particles. NAC regenerates liver tissue and prevents liver cell self-destruction.
NAC is helpful if you take medication, drink alcohol, smoke, or if you’re exposed to any other types of toxicity.
To make NAC more potent, try the following:
1. Take on an empty stomach
2. Take several doses daily
3. Take it with vitamin C and selenium
4. Consume a high-protein meal after taking NAC
In addition to consuming adequate animal proteins, incorporate more cruciferous vegetables into your diet to help support the liver.

0:00 Introduction: How to sleep better at night
0:45 Barriers to restful sleep
1:00 Vitamin D for better sleep
3:47 How much vitamin D for healthy sleep?
4:41 More sleep tips
In this video, I’m going to tell you how to sleep better at night. Many people suffer from numerous sleep issues and disturbances, such as trouble getting to sleep, frequent waking to urinate, sleep apnea, and restless leg syndrome.
Vitamin D can improve all of these sleep issues. Not only can it improve sleep quality, but it can also improve gut health and immune function.
Vitamin D works synergistically with magnesium, which improves cramping, restless leg syndrome, heart palpitations, and high cortisol levels. If you're taking magnesium for these issues and it's not working, it could be because you need vitamin D. Vitamin D is one of the most powerful anti-inflammatories.
Sleep, diet, and exercise are vital for your health, with sleep at the top of the list. The nerves in the hypothalamus that control sleep are full of vitamin D receptors. If you’re obese, diabetic, or aging, your need for vitamin D dramatically increases.
Less than 40 ng/mL of vitamin D can negatively affect your health. Vitamin D levels should be between 70 and 100 ng/mL or more for therapeutic benefit.
Blood tests detect the inactive form of vitamin D and can’t tell you if vitamin D is reaching your cells. Try taking at least 30,000 IUs of vitamin D3 for better sleep, and remember to consume plenty of water daily. Cut down on dairy to limit calcium intake and take vitamin K2, magnesium, zinc, and vitamin B6, the cofactors of vitamin D.
For better sleep, try the following sleeping tips:
•Take vitamin D with cofactors at the last meal of the day
•Make sure the room is cool
•Avoid electronics and bright lights 2 hours before bed

STOP Aging and Look YOUNGER!
Is it possible to slow down aging? Find out how to look younger, live longer, and have fewer diseases in this quick video!
0:00 Introduction: How to slow down aging
0:35 Anti-aging secrets
1:30 NAD explained
2:25 Anti-aging tips
4:07 Check out my video on methylene blue!
In this video, I’m going to tell you how to slow down aging so you can look younger and live longer. The mitochondria are the body's energy factory. The health and function of your mitochondria directly correlate to aging and longevity.
The Krebs cycle is a process in your body that starts with food and ends with energy. It requires nutrients or cofactors to work properly. NAD is a vital nutrient involved in extracting energy from food to make ATP, and it’s critical for longevity and anti-aging.
NAD prevents muscle loss, especially in cancer patients, and protects against radiation. As we age, NAD decreases. Researchers have found that CD38 depletes NAD, and mice with less CD38 tend to live longer.
Here are 5 compounds that boost NAD to help slow aging:
1. Apigenin
Parsley is the best source, but it’s also found in thyme, oregano, basil, and celery.
2. Anthoxanthin
Consume blueberries and other blue, purple, or red foods such as elderberry, concord grapes, and purple potato.
3. Curcumin
This is found in turmeric.
4. Quercetin
The best source is onion, and the most is found in the outer part. You can also find quercetin in apple skin.
5. Methylene blue
This was the first medical drug ever invented. It seems to be a good inhibitor of CD38, which can help boost NAD.

YOUR BODY IS TRYING TO WARN YOU!!
Discover 5 warning signs of various diseases that you should never ignore. Stop disease in its tracks by learning to identify these critical symptoms (chronic fatigue is #1).
Overview of Healthy Keto® and Intermittent Fasting:
0:00 Introduction: Don't ignore your body’s warning signs!
0:36 Chronic fatigue
2:15 Sudden weight loss
2:44 Persistent weakness
3:04 Chronic diarrhea
3:47 Persistent stomach pain
In this video, we’re going to talk about 5 warning signs you definitely shouldn’t normalize!
1. There are many reasons for chronic fatigue, including the following:
•Anemia (Low B12 or iron deficiency)
•Low vitamin B1
•Tick bites
•Liver disease
•Heart disease
•Autoimmune disease
Vitamins will not have a significant impact unless you correct your diet. Although unlikely, there’s a chance that chronic fatigue could be related to something more serious like cancer.
2. Sudden weight loss is associated with hyperthyroidism, type 1 diabetes, Addison’s disease, and parasites.
3. Persistent weakness can be caused by anemia, sodium deficiency, low magnesium, low potassium, and low vitamin E.
4. Diarrhea is usually caused by food poisoning or food that your body doesn’t agree with, but chronic diarrhea is different. Chronic diarrhea can be caused by the following:
•Low zinc
•Medication
•IBS
•Poor diet
•Parasites
A potent probiotic taken for a long time can often help fix this problem.
5. Persistent stomach pain usually subsides when you improve your diet and eliminate junk food. If this doesn’t work, you could have a gallstone or kidney stone. Persistent stomach pain can also be caused by SIBO, a condition where bacteria is in the small intestine instead of the large. Intermittent fasting, garlic, and betaine hydrochloride can help.
Appendicitis, parasites, and ulcers can cause persistent stomach pain. Gallbladder sludge can back up into the pancreas and cause pancreatitis and stomach pain. The best remedy for bile sludge is TUDCA. Rarely, persistent stomach pain could mean cancer.
