Second hive in same area
The bees moved in about a week or so before. I did the first removal a year and half ago. Too forever to find them at that time but was able to cut the drywall in the exact same place as before. Even found a tool I lost/left last time. Found the queen when I dropped them off but due to blind vacuuming I couldn’t find her during the removal.

Garage wall bees with water pipe and coaxial cable
These bees entered from cable company just drilling larger hole then needed for the coaxial cable and not sealing the hole. They entered at about 3.5’ off the ground then crawled all the way up to the top plate of the wall, about 9’ up. They made 8 combs in the 6” wall. I cut the combs out and put 3 per frame I did fill 4.65 frames. I didn’t find the queen but I’m sure I vacuumed her due to the way they where acting when I had the vacuum out cleaning the bees at there entrance

Cottonwood tree removal
The homeowner wanted to remove this cottonwood stump but a bee swarm moved in. It had been there since last year sometime. The tree guy tried to smoke them out but caught the tree on fire. I spent 45 min the day he did it putting the fire/smoldering tree out. Next day I did the removal. Cut into the trunk and found them. Got 4 frames of brood(baby bees) and framed them up to take to bee yard. Found the queen in a hole and saw here a few times. I did finally get her out but when I went to catch her she unfortunately moved into the side and I pinched her between the two sides when closing the queen clip. When I screw up I still show it as live doesn’t always work how expected. The bees will make a new queen from the eggs.

Queen hide and seek
I was dethroning one queen and replacing here but she didn’t want to be dethroned. She hid very well from me but in the end I won the game.

Bees Under double wide removal
I had to belly crawl dragging the equipment(should have recorded that). The bees got pissy when I cut the plastic cover. After I cut most of the honey comb out I as able to sit up with my head in the space to remove the brood comb. I just put all the comb into a 14 gallon bucket and took it to the bee yard to frame the brood up.

2 story roof bees
I don’t like cutting into the roof like this but I couldn’t get them from inside since below where they were was the staircase and no way to safely get to where they were at

Saguaro bees
A semi had an accident and knocked over the cactus and had a bee hive in it. The tow truck driver called me and I was able to save the bees. That hive had been there a long time. The comb was rock hard even the comb semi exposed to the sun. Found the queen almost right away after opening the cactus up.

New Build bees
These bee moved in to this 3 month old home since the builder left multiple gaps for them to get into the attic space. This was difficult due to the structural framing of this one. Had to get some spatulas to help remove comb on the other side of the 2x4. Due to the beam in my way I had to put my head on one side and arm on other to work. Wish I had a better view of me working inside the hole.

Cut limb tree bees
I had to cut the limb down to work on them. Tied the limb off, cut it and lowered easily to the ground. Well that was the plan. Didn’t quite work the way I planned. The limb got stuck and I had to cut more of the lower limb to get the upper part down. But got it down and found the queen with in 5 min of cutting into the hive.

on the roof removal
I didn’t finish filming since I had to climb down to wash my hands to record and I was getting lazy. I did find the queen at the end after all was removed and I sprayed honey bee gone to get them out. She just walked out.

Roof removal
This is a two story house on a hill over looking the desert. I had to pull up the metal roof and cut into the plywood to get to them. I had a hard time getting the hive out without damaging the hive since it was heave, I was on my stomach u see the metal. I found the queen and just as I was about to clip her she flew off. I didn’t see her again. Hopefully I vacuumed her or she flew to the box with the brood already in it.

Pump house wall bees
The golf course had bees in one of the pump houses. I smoked them out and it was bigger then I thought. They just keep coming out. Used an old nuc with some frames in it to have them collect on. I did find the queen but couldn’t get her in the clip. As I was vacuuming bees to get them out of my way I must have vacuumed her as well.

Tree removal after landscapers got attached
This hive has been there a long time. But there was also evidence that another one has been there before. I got 5 buckets of honey, 1 bucket of brood(I framed up later at my yard) and 1.5 buckets of bees(I fill the bucket only 1/2 full due to movement and the heat they generate)

Stucco pop out removal
They have had bees here several time. I cut where they normally would be. But the last person did it properly and filled the area with insulation. They were in the only place that didn’t have insulation stuffed into the area to take the space away they could build.

Bee removal from a wall
This hive has been in here for a few years. The owner is doing some renovations and needed the bees out. It only had a laying worker so no queen, only drones(male bees) where being born.

Open air hive in tall tree
It took me three days to get this one done. First day was finding out my ladders where to short by about a foot to the branch I needed to rest on. The second day was getting most of the comb and bees, the third day was getting the rest of the bees and last bits of comb that were left.

2 Story eve removal
This one was a little precarious. On a ladder on a pitched tile roof. I didn’t get much of the removal itself recorded, sorry I was more focused on not falling. It took a little bit to find them since my first drill when right passed the last comb so I didn’t think they were in that area and looked else where. I didn’t find the queen since I had to blind vacuum due to the hole being so small and them back in the area so far.

2 Story Eve Removal
This one was a little precarious. I was on a ladder on a pitched roof, I was getting a little more use to it by the end of the day but still very cautious when up there. It took a little bit to find them as they were where I first thought they were but when I drilled my hole I missed the comb barely so thought they weren't in that spot. I barely had enough room for my arm to get in the hole to get the comb out. I didn't find the queen since I had to do some blind vacuuming of the cluster of bees in the back of the area.

Stucco wall bees
This one was smaller then I thought. The heat signature showed a much bigger area then they were in. I didn’t find the queen but I haven’t checked the box I dumped them into after vacuuming. I did have to do some blind vacuuming due to my lack of cutting on the left stud.

2 week old hive
Finally was told it’s been there 2 weeks and I believe her after I got into it. Tons of bees but not much comb(all white wax and very soft) the biggest piece was smaller then my hand. I didn’t get video of sucking up the bees but got a picture and video after the fact. When I put them into their new home I did find the queen.

Manufacture home bees
This one was has been here awhile. They were nice when I opened it up but got very pissy when I started working them. Had to get my boots on since they kept finding my ankles. I didn’t find the queen but I was blind vacuuming down one of the joists. Got 2 buckets of honey and 1 buckets of trash comb and filled 5 frames of brood in my box.

Open air wall bees
These ladies made their home between and behind some plywood the owners had to cover some furniture. They had only been there less then a month. I don’t think a full brood cycle. Some was capped but most still open.
