I've got a new method for strength and endurance, you need to constantly put strain on your muscles in order for them to grow, I only do it like twice a week, you do your normal exercise but you stop every inch or two for ten seconds each time, it works believe me, I bet you can't do two full sets of ten using this method, you will crumble before it!! You need to do it until failure.

You need to move as you normally would but stop for 10 seconds each 1-2 inches until failure. Try it!!
